Ce que vous recevez

**What You'll Do:**

**What You'll Need:**

Overview
Mastercard's global Regulatory organisation is looking for a Senior Counsel to join its Europe team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory for Europe. The role will have lead responsibility for managing Mastercard's oversight as a Systemically Important Payment System (SIPS) in Europe and a Recognised Payment System in the UK. Role
- Provides advice and guidance on the SIPS Regulation, the PISA oversight framework and various Bank of England Codes and supervisory statements to Regulatory colleagues and internal business teams most impacted by oversight, building close trusted relationships and establishing a reputation as the subject matter expert
- Providing legal/regulatory advice to business stakeholders on the impact of oversight requirements on product development and technology and contributing subject matter expertise with respect to operational requirements, policies and procedures
- In partnership with Compliance, engaging with the European Central Bank, National Bank of Belgium and Bank of England on oversight issues, as well as advocating and defending Mastercard's position or approach

Role

**Title and Summary**
Vice President, Global Cybersecurity Practice - Public Sector Center of Excellence
The Mastercard Public Sector team partners globally to help governments create sustainable, inclusive, and efficient economies while achieving commercial success. Our market leaders are supported by a Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) specializing in Urban Mobility, Government Payments, SMEs, Tourism, and Cybersecurity. We are seeking a highly skilled and deeply experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team and work closely with various government agencies.
Role Overview:
As the Vice President, Global Cybersecurity Practice in the CoE, you will leverage your strong background in cyber defense and security, with proven experience in safeguarding critical infrastructure and sensitive information to support strategic markets in connecting Mastercard's services, solutions, knowledge and partners to help government clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities based on a deep understanding of the government landscape, pain points, and opportunities. This may include direct and indirect (i.e. partners) opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, in response to government agencies.
- Provide your expertise, focusing on winning opportunities to promote MA cyber solutions and knowledge for government clients using MA assets and partners (including but not limited to: RFI/P response, customer presentations, and convenings, etc.)
- Work directly with local market teams to advise, develop and coordinate strategies (which may include but is not limited to maintaining a view of the opportunity pipeline, creating local narratives, supporting the development of materials, and measuring progress).
- Establish partnerships with key internal stakeholders and business units.
- Provide regular training sessions for global and regional sales teams to establish consistency and structure within the community of practice.
- Activate innovation hubs and convenings as required.
- Travel required.
All About You:
- 10+ years' proven experience in government, specializing in Cybersecurity. This includes a deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, across multiple markets - as well as proven experience in defense and security. Security Clearence is an asset.
- Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Sales experience is beneficial.
- Independent self-starter, adaptable to ambiguity, and effective individually or in teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at various levels.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Energetic, promotes teamwork, integration, and inclusion.
- You have a history of establishing and delivering on key performance indicators, and for bringing innovative ideas to life.

Senior Security Monitoring and Response Analyst
Overview
The Enterprirse Resilience team (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Resilience Planning) is looking for a Senior Security Monitoring and Response Analyst to support across our disciplines and key initiatives. Enterprise Resilience reduces Mastercard's risk by creating a global culture of preparedness through education, awareness, planning, and practice while fostering partnerships to work together efficiently when adversity strikes.
Role
In this position, you will:
- Partner with global Enterprise Resilience staff and MC personnel to implement the program's strategy while ensuring standardization and compliance
- Provide focus for delivery of our Enterprise Resilience Steering Committee presentations
- Lead integration efforts for Enterprise Resilience for Merger & Acquisitions
- Manage Archer issue management efforts for our team
- Fulfill the primary relationship manager for our suppliers of Everbridge and FusionRM
- Assist in budget process, JIRA initiatives and resilience projects
