Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Intern Marketing & Communication - CRM voor een periode van 3 tot 9 maanden.

Als Intern ondersteun je het team bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van marketingcampagnes gericht op klantrelatiebeheer (CRM). Dit is een uitstekende kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een dynamische marketingomgeving en je vaardigheden op het gebied van CRM te versterken.

Bij ons krijg je ook een uitdagend en veelzijdig stageproject toegewezen in functie van je talenten en interesses.

- Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van CRM campagnes (email/push notification/SMS) voor verschillende sporten en diensten.

- Analyseren van klantgegevens en het opstellen van reportings om inzichten te krijgen in klantgedrag en -segmentatie.

- Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van klantcommunicatiestrategieën op basis van data-analyse.

- Assisteren bij de opvolging en evaluatie van marketingcampagnes.

- Meedenken over het verbeteren van de customer journey en het versterken van klantloyaliteit.

Jobprofiel

Profiel van de ideale kandidaat:

- Je volgt momenteel een opleiding in marketing, communicatie, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerde studie (3e Bachelor of Master).

- Je hebt interesse in Marketing en wilt graag CRM en marketing automation ontdekken.

- Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail.

- Je kunt goed overweg met Spreadsheets en bent ge nteresseerd in het werken met data.

- Je bent leergierig, proactief en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden (ook schriftelijk).

- Kennis van CRM-systemen en e-mailmarketingtools is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

- Je moedertaal is Nederlands en kan vlot overweg met Frans en Engels.

- Je bent positief, actief en sport graag.

- Een leerrijke stageplaats binnen een dynamisch en enthousiast marketingteam.

- Begeleiding van ervaren professionals op het gebied van CRM.

Quelles seront tes responsabilités durant ce stage?

Le/la stagiaire interviendra sur une grande variété de tâches, en collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing :

• Création de contenus : rédaction de posts pour les réseaux sociaux, articles de blog, newsletters, communications internes;
• Réalisation de supports visuels : visuels réseaux sociaux, présentations, affiches, infographies;
• Analyse et suivi de performance : participation au suivi des KPI des campagnes digitales, élaboration de bilans mensuels et recommandations d’optimisation ;
• Veille stratégique : suivi des tendances digitales, benchmark de bonnes pratiques, propositions d’idées innovantes

Qui es-tu ?

• Tu suis une formation en marketing ou en communication
• Tu t’exprimes couramment en français et en anglais

We are looking for a proactive and people-centred Community & Operations Manager to take the lead in the day-to-day running of our co-working space in Brussels. This multifaceted role blends hospitality, operations and community building. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will create an outstanding experience while overseeing logistics, vendors, assets and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. You will report directly to the Asset Manager and the Head of Asset Management while having high degree of autonomy, with room to take ownership and shape your role.

Your responsibilities

Front desk & reception

• Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries.
• Manage bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Provide tours to prospective clients.

Member & client management

• Build strong relationships with members, acting as the go-to person for their needs.
• Onboard new members and ensure a smooth integration into the community.
• Resolve issues and concerns efficiently with a client-first mindset.
• Coordinate member events, community initiatives and networking activities.

Space & facility management

• Oversee the cleanliness, functionality and overall atmosphere of the workspace.
• Ensure all supplies, amenities and utilities are available and well maintained.
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and security teams.
• Implement health, safety and emergency procedures when required.

Vendor & supplier coordination

• Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
• Source and negotiate contracts for recurring services and specific needs.
• Track and manage deliveries and consumables.

Operations & asset management

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of furniture, technology and equipment.
• Assist in budget tracking and basic financial reporting.
• Support business development initiatives and member retention strategies.

Concrètement, tu intègres une équipe dynamique composée d'Audrey, Soukaïna et Sarah, qui seront là pour t'épauler au quotidien. Pas de stage café chez nous, l'objectif est que tu intègres l'équipe et exécutes les mêmes tâches que nous. Si tu ne connais pas certains items, nous te formerons.

Selon nos impératifs pro, il est possible que tu voyages dans toute la Wallonie. Pas de panique, on se donne rendez-vous dans les carpool ou chez l'une de nous pour te prendre au passage. (Audrey habite Beloeil, Sarah Quaregnon et Soukaïna à Boussu)

On travaille principalement dans le zoning de Cuesmes (Mons) et parfois de Namur ou encore de Tournai.

Horaire de travail : de 8h30 à 12h30 et de 13h à 17h. Etant donné que tu ne peux travailler que 38h/semaine, tu pourras décider de comment tu souhaites positionner 2h de récupération sur ton horaire. Finir plus tôt ou commencer plus tard, what else !

Tu as à ta disposition un ordinateur portable, toutes les fournitures de bureau dont tu as besoin, de l'eau, du thé, du café et des petits goodies Randstad ! Tu as accès à une multitude de réduction durant ton stage (parcs d'attraction, hotel, magasins,.) ainsi qu'à un catalogue de formation.

Et si tu aimes le babyfoot, tu peux affronter les collègues lors d'une pause.
