This position reports to the Sr. User Experience Manager, is part of the global user experience team and will be located onsite in our Hoegaarden, Belgium office.
What you will do:
+ Be part of the team that is creating and delivering innovative and consistent design experiences for our various product categories
+ Create concept designs via sketching and computer 2D/3D visualizations to capture solutions for team alignment and evaluation
+ Generate 3D CAD models of design directions for the creation of UX design prototypes
+ Create physical mock-ups of designs, or coordinate construction of models with external vendors
+ Work with engineering teams to integrate UX design activities on projects that enable better collaboration and space for user-centered design & build activities ; p lan and conduct user-testing to improve or validate designs.
Who you are:
+ High energy, can-do and hands on attitude, strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical and strategic skills.
+ Strong collaboration skills, empathizing with technical and engineering constraints while respectfully challenging teams to elevate design solutions

You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. + Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
+ Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
+ Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
+ Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.

What You'll Need:

The Warehouse supervisor is responsible for:
+ People management of warehouse team:
+ You are the end responsible for the operational manufacturing shift activities.
+ You have ownership of department people development, review and goal setting - Follow-up on the job classification: evaluate and develop operator in collaboration with the internal trainer;
+ You have ownership of daily shift prioritization and work balancing
+ You have engagement ownership of your team supported by the use of HR tools available
+ You are a promotor of DBS tools and ongoing drive for improvement of day to day team performance
+ End result ownership of warehouse team team:
+ Inventory management:
+ Ensure the appropriate transactions are performed in SAP for all material movements.
+ Execute weekly and yearly cycle counts and understand the results.
+ MRB zone: ensure all rejected or on-hold materials are moved to the MRB zone.
+ E&O: ensure all expired goods are moved to the MRB zone and inform the required people
+ Warehouse management:
+ Inbound: receiving supplier deliveries, WIP returning from OSP, hardware rentals, etc.
+ Outbound: filling and shipping customer orders with the required accuracy and documents, shipping production orders to OSP, satisfying internal shipping requests (f.i. engineering requests), etc.
This position reports to the Warehouse & logistics manager and is part of the Supply chain team located in Tienen and will be an on-site role.
The essential requirements of the job include :
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant first line warehouse leadership experience
+ Dutch and English required
+ You are proficient MS Office(Excel), experience with ERP-software is a plus (preferably SAP)
+ You are able to get results under pressure, are punctual and are a good organizer and people coach

**Mission**
Réaliser les différentes activités d'analyse sur des échantillons du laboratoire et transmettre des résultats afin de contribuer à un diagnostic et/ou un traitement fiable et en temps voulu.

**Rôle et responsabilités**
En tant que Professionnel Technique, le Technicien vétérinaire de Laboratoire est responsable de :
§ Prendre connaissance des analyses à réaliser dans les départements bactériologie, chimie-immunologie et hématologie-hémostase (voir détails en annexe)
§ Préparer et effectuer des analyses sur des échantillons d'origine vétérinaire
§ Gérer les équipements (préparer les instruments d'analyses et étalonner ou calibrer les automates) et en cas de problèmes techniques, identifier la cause et contacter, si nécessaire, le responsable hiérarchique et/ou le fournisseur
§ Réaliser les manipulations techniques au sein du laboratoire et préparer les analyses de laboratoire sur des échantillons
§ Réceptionner, trier et conserver les échantillons conformément aux prescriptions et veiller à ce que les analyses soient accompagnées de leurs demandes spécifiques
§ Effectuer les analyses en utilisant les moyens techniques les plus appropriés
§ Enregistrer et analyser les résultats des tests, en discuter avec les collègues et/ou le responsable d'équipe si nécessaire, les « valider » et les transmettre au vétérinaire
§ Eliminer les déchets selon les procédures établies (d'hygiène, de sécurité, de confidentialité et des bonnes pratiques environnementales)
§ Effectuer des tâches relatives à l'assurance qualité comme l'écriture des procédures et les relevés de températures
§ Donner les informations nécessaires lors des réunions d'équipe afin d'assurer la continuité des activités du laboratoire
**Formation de base et expérience**
Être détenteur d'un Baccalauréat professionnel : Technologue de laboratoire médical, Auxiliaire Spécialisé Vétérinaire ou une formation conforme aux exigences légales d'application pour l'exercice de la fonction

The Allround Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibrating all production/facility installations and carrying out adjustments to machines or safety adjustments in order to ensure that the production process runs optimally
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the EHS department, located in Hoegaarden and will be an on-site role.

Le candidat idéal possède une expertise technique approfondie dans les réactions chimiques, la thermodynamique, le transfert de chaleur et de masse, ainsi que dans la conception d'équipements de process tels que les colonnes de distillation, les échangeurs de chaleur et les réacteurs. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des performances des installations, de l'identification des goulots d'étranglement, de la proposition et de la mise en œuvre d'améliorations visant à accroître l'efficacité, la sécurité et la rentabilité.
