+ Support plant leadership with effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies as necessary, coaching plant directors and plant leadership pillar in line with plant needs/KPI's - support performance calibration where applicable

+ Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
+ Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
+ Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
+ Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
+ Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence

The Allround Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibrating all production/facility installations and carrying out adjustments to machines or safety adjustments in order to ensure that the production process runs optimally
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the EHS department, located in Hoegaarden and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, Calibrate, Modification works to production installations.
Who you are:
+ Knowledge level higher secondary technical education.
+ 5 - 7 years relevant work experience
+ Thorough knowledge of electricity, mechanics, electronics and pneumatics.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25kg, any other physical requirements.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ In-depth knowledge of the full operation of the production equipment.

Notre client, une entreprise leader dans le secteur des hydrocarbures, recherche un Ingénieur Pétrochimique Senior pour rejoindre ses opérations basées à Namur, Namur, BE . Ce rôle est crucial pour la conception, l'optimisation et la gestion des processus de production dans nos installations de raffinage et de pétrochimie. Le candidat idéal possède une expertise technique approfondie dans les réactions chimiques, la thermodynamique, le transfert de chaleur et de masse, ainsi que dans la conception d'équipements de process tels que les colonnes de distillation, les échangeurs de chaleur et les réacteurs. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des performances des installations, de l'identification des goulots d'étranglement, de la proposition et de la mise en œuvre d'améliorations visant à accroître l'efficacité, la sécurité et la rentabilité. Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans les projets d'investissement, de la faisabilité à la mise en service, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de maintenance et d'exploitation. Une expérience significative dans la gestion de projets complexes, la résolution de problèmes techniques et l'application de normes de sécurité strictes est indispensable. La connaissance des logiciels de simulation de procédés (par exemple, Aspen Plus, HYSYS) est un atout majeur. Vous participerez activement à l'élaboration de nouvelles stratégies de production et à l'évaluation de nouvelles technologies. • Concevoir, développer et optimiser les procédés pétrochimiques.
• Réaliser des études de faisabilité et des analyses techniques pour les nouveaux projets.
• Superviser la mise en œuvre des modifications de procédés et des nouvelles installations.
• Analyser les données d'exploitation pour identifier les axes d'amélioration de l'efficacité et de la sécurité.
• Résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes liés aux opérations de production.
• Garantir la conformité avec les normes de sécurité et environnementales.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance pour assurer la fiabilité des équipements.
• Participer à la formation du personnel d'exploitation sur les aspects techniques des procédés.
• Évaluer et recommander l'adoption de nouvelles technologies.
• Rédiger des rapports techniques détaillés et des spécifications de projet.
