Sous la responsabilité du Sales Manager, le/la **Field Sales Engineer** **Belgique** est chargé(e) du développement commercial et du conseil technique en solutions d'analyse de l'eau pour les clients industriels et les stations d'épuration en Belgique.
Ce poste fait partie du département commercial en Belgique. Le candidat travaille depuis son domicile en Belgique avec des visites régulières chez les clients.
**Dans ce rôle, une journée typique ressemblera à :**
+ Gérer un portefeuille clients en Belgique, selon votre lieu de résidence
+ Identifier les besoins en analyse de l'eau dans les environnements industriels et les stations d'épuration
+ Recommander des méthodes de mesure appropriées, réalisation de tests et démonstrations sur site
+ Maintenir et développer des relations avec les clients existants
+ Prospecter activement et acquérir de nouveaux clients
+ Participer à des salons professionnels, ateliers et symposiums
+ Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs de vente
**Les exigences essentielles du poste sont les suivantes :**
+ Diplôme de Master ou Bachelor en technologie chimique, procédés, environnement, instrumentation et contrôle, technologie alimentaire
+ Quelques années d'expérience dans une fonction technico-commerciale
+ Expérience en analyses d'eau et/ou systèmes de traitement de l'eau est un atout
+ Esprit curieux et entrepreneurial
+ Motivation et force de persuasion
+ Travail à temps plein et possession d'un permis de conduire
+ Excellente maîtrise du français, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.

+ Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes

**Profil et compétences :**

- Expérience significative en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Certification de Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 2.

- Connaissance des réglementations HSE et des rapports de conformité. Une expérience avec les normes ISO est un atout.

You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. **How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
+ Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
+ Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
+ Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
+ Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

The Warehouse supervisor is responsible for:
+ People management of warehouse team:
+ You are the end responsible for the operational manufacturing shift activities.
