**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure efficient and compliant administrative handling of outbound shipments in line with service level agreements.
+ Prepare accurate shipping documentation (e.g. CMR, delivery notes, invoices, customs documents, certificates, dangerous goods paperwork) prior to departure.
+ Communicate shipment details to carriers, customs authorities, and customers, including via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
+ Monitor export processes, report non-conformities, and liaise with the Trade Compliance Center of Excellence and Quality Department.
+ Collaborate with forwarders, Yard & Gate Team, outbound operations, warehouse and transport planning, customs authorities and Transport Service Desk.

+ Flexible to work in shifts: one-third of your time in rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00), and the remaining two-thirds during regular office hours.

**Knowledge & skills:**
+ **Transportation Management:** Solid understanding of local/international transport and Incoterms.
+ **Systems & Warehouse Operations:** Familiarity with LOTS/SAP; understanding of warehouse and planning flows.
+ **Customs & International Trade:** Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation; experience with Stream Software is a plus.
+ **Compliance & Quality:** Understanding of AEO, Known Consignor, ISO 13485, SOX, Quality procedures and dangerous goods handling.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** CI mindset with openness to change and problem-solving ability.
+ **IT Skills:** Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
+ **Languages:** Fluent in Dutch; good command of English. Additional languages are an asset.

**About the role**
As part of the end-to-end logistics process and organization, the Outbound Team Leader is responsible for the organization of the day-to-day operational workload for the Outbound team. + Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding people management topics and escalate/collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders.
+ Perform the Performance Management Process (PMP): collecting feedback, writing PMP, and conducting evaluations.
+ Attend regular planning, operational, and coordination meetings.
+ Prepare and ensure a qualitative Shift Start Up, looping feedback/questions to the accurate stakeholders.

Je komt namelijk terecht in team Vriendendienst, waarbij je ook veel samenwerkt met andere domeinen zoals Klantenservice, Aan huis en Winkels.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen

• Contracten aanmaken, contracten verlengen, leavers verwerken, verlofuren rechttrekken, en meer.
• Personeelsmutaties verwerken. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met de teamleiders en managers uit al onze domeinen.
• Beantwoorden van alle HR gerelateerde vragen die meer dan 750 Coolblue’ers aan je stellen, zodat iedereen kan blijven glimlachen.
• Op termijn aan projecten werken samen met HR adviseurs en Projectmanagers, zoals het bedenken van een nieuw HR informatiesysteem met AI. 
• Je zit samen met je vrienden van payroll recht tegenover het HR Advies team en het Recruitment team. Je krijgt het dan ook enorm warm van samenwerken met verschillende (HR-)afdelingen.

Hier herken jij jezelf in

• Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. 
• Ervaring met HR administratie en super gestructureerd werken. 
• Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands. Bonuspunten als je ook Frans spreekt. 
• Je wilt fulltime werken. 
• Na de maandelijkse payroll ga je mee naar Coolblue locaties om je collega's fysiek te woord te staan. Wel zo fijn als iedereen een gezicht erbij heeft.
• Processen kritisch bekijken en analyseren waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.

Krijgen

• Als jobstudent chauffeur krijg je een uurloon van € 13,33 bruto per uur. Per gewerkt uur krijg je een bruto toeslag van €1 en een netto ARAB vergoeding van ,77 euro.
• Nog meer centen: een woon-werkverkeer vergoeding van je thuis naar het depot en fooi.
• Blijf je voor een lange periode bij ons? Dan krijg je na 6 maanden ook maaltijdcheques van € er gewerkte dag.
• Flexibele werktijden. Als jobstudent werk je sowieso elke zaterdag. Je bent nog minstens 2 volledige werkdagen beschikbaar. 
• Je start als échte Coolblue’er met een contract van Coolblue. Je bent minimaal 3 maanden beschikbaar. 
• Tot € 500, orting op je aankopen bij Coolblue.

Kunnen

• Veilig rijden is voor jou kinderspel en je hebt minimaal 1 jaar een Europees schakel rijbewijs B.
• Je bent sowieso elke zaterdag beschikbaar en daarnaast nog 2 extra werkdagen per week. Je werkt dus minimaal 3 volledige dagen per week.
• Je bent minimaal 3 maanden beschikbaar.
• Een flinke portie klantvriendelijkheid. Voor jou is klant écht koning. 
• Vlot Nederlands spreken en begrijpen. Onze klanten doen graag een babbeltje.
• Je bent bereid om je uittreksel van je strafregister te laten zien.
