As an E-DC Outbound Yard & Gate Planner you will play an active role in fulfilling the E-DC quality policy by ensuring on-time availability and shipping of products for customers. You will be responsible for enabling accurate and timely loading activities to guarantee compliance, on-time availability and shipping of products for customers. While allowing drivers for shipment pickup to the E-DC site in line with safety regulations.
As the E-DC Outbound Yard & Gate Planner, you work in the E-DC Administrative Service Center and report to the Yard & Gate Teamleader.

**Your responsibilities:**
+ You work with operations concerning loading activities, lead the occupation of docks (gates) and parking (yard), and ensure agreed number of stand trailers is available.
+ You allow access to the EDC site to identified drivers.
+ You interact closely with drivers, drivers for on-site trailer shunting, EDC Operations, Warehouse and Transport Planning, inbound planning, inbound administration, and colleagues in the Administrative logistics service center.
+ You develop loading lists in function of departure deadlines, loading unit availability, and ad hoc arrival of drivers.
+ You ensure compliant and complete departure by verifying loading controls are performed before the handover of documents and departure of shipments.
+ You contact carriers to find solutions in case a loading unit is not accepted.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure efficient and compliant administrative handling of outbound shipments in line with service level agreements.
+ Prepare accurate shipping documentation (e.g. CMR, delivery notes, invoices, customs documents, certificates, dangerous goods paperwork) prior to departure.
+ Communicate shipment details to carriers, customs authorities, and customers, including via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
+ Monitor export processes, report non-conformities, and liaise with the Trade Compliance Center of Excellence and Quality Department.
+ Collaborate with forwarders, Yard & Gate Team, outbound operations, warehouse and transport planning, customs authorities and Transport Service Desk.
**Required competencies:**
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
+ Flexible to work in shifts: one-third of your time in rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00), and the remaining two-thirds during regular office hours.

+ **Transportation Management:** Solid understanding of local/international transport and Incoterms.
+ **Systems & Warehouse Operations:** Familiarity with LOTS/SAP; understanding of warehouse and planning flows.

+ Je wordt ingeschakeld om storingen aan onze logistieke installaties (bv. hoogbouwkranen, palletliften, sorteerinstallaties, transportsystemen) snel te herstellen om stilstand tijden en werkonderbrekingen te minimaliseren.

The Outbound Team Leader also ensures the follow-up and reporting on Outbound Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and efficient communication with stakeholders. The Outbound Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Attend regular meetings with the Warehouse planning team to determine the Outbound planning and follow-up on prioritization.
+ Supervise and maintain the balance between available resources and the planned/encouraged workload. Plan resourcing in close cooperation with the Resourcing & Training Specialist and the Operations Manager.
+ Conduct daily overall follow-up and alignment with the Outbound Senior Operators on the advancement of planned shipments and related processes.
+ Act as a back-up for the Outbound Senior Operator.
+ Connect with all team members on performance and development, ensuring a development plan for key operational talents and regular collaboration with the Resourcing & Training Specialist on the Skill Matrix.
+ Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding people management topics and escalate/collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders.
+ Perform the Performance Management Process (PMP): collecting feedback, writing PMP, and conducting evaluations.
+ Attend regular planning, operational, and coordination meetings.
+ Prepare and ensure a qualitative Shift Start Up, looping feedback/questions to the accurate stakeholders.
**About you**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ Proven insight/experience in logistics/warehouse planning.
+ Proficient in Dutch and English
+ Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Reach truck certificate is a plus.
+ System savviness & knowledge of WMS workings.
+ Knowledge of Operations procedures and working instructions.
+ Continuous improvement mindset.

Onze klant heeft momenteel een 15 tal medewerkers.
- Longterm opdracht voor 1 à 1,5 dag per week 
- Bereid om regelmatig op kantoor in Bornem te werken, in combinatie met af en toe remote werk. 
Takenpakket (focus voornamelijk Hard HR):
- Loonverwerking/Payroll (ism Acerta) en loonsadministratie - Arbeidsrecht – Arbeidsreglement – Diverse Policies 
- Comp & Ben (optimalisatie loonpakket, ontwikkelen en onderhouden talent managementprocessen,…)

- On & offboarding medewerkers: opmaken contractvoorstellen, arbeidscontracten, policies,… 
- Diversen : vragen van medewerkers of management beantwoorden, rapporteringen, verzekeringen, budget,…

Profiel:
- Bachelor of masterdiploma 
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in HR, payroll, loonsadministratie, sociale wetgeving 
- Je woont op haalbare afstand van Bornem 
- Heel goede kennis Nederlands, Engels (Frans is een plus) 
- Interesse om te werken in een technische sector

Ter uitbreiding van onze klant zijn managementteam zoeken wij een daadkrachtige OPERATION MANAGER die structuur brengt, teams laat floreren en processen schaalbaar maakt.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Operation Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse, operationele aansturing van onze klant zijn activiteiten. Je leidt technische teams , stuurt externe partners aan en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten . Je speelt een centrale rol in het managementteam , waarbij jouw input van strategisch belang is voor de verdere groei van het bedrijf.
  Operationeel aansturen & coördineren van de interne diensten, projectteams, onderaannemers, toeleveranciers (werfleiding, techniekers, monteurs, projectleiders, onderaannemers, externe consultants en leveranciers, general services zoals office & warehouse management, admin, accounting, sales & marketing, marketing, recruitment, … ) 
Opstellen en monitoren van planningen, budgetten en KPI’s.
Optimaliseren en implementeren van procedures, processen, templates en standardisatie/efficiëntere werkmethoden.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Legal & Contract Management, alsook voor Purchase & Quality Management.
Toezien op welzijn, veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van normen.
Je houdt 1to1-, functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken met de medewerkers en onderaannemers.
Indien nodig, tussenkomen bij contractuele discussies en acteren als Crisis Manager of het tussenkomen bij belangrijke beslissingen mbt klanten, onderaannemers, leveranciers,…
Indien nodig bezoek je werven
Samenwerken binnen het MT aan strategie, beleid en groei.
Selecteren en managen van externe partners & leveranciers.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor rapportage en KPI’s
Je rapporteert aan de CEO en COO
Wie zoeken we?
️ Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma
️ Minstens 10 jaar ervaring met grote projecten, procesuitvoering, grote budgetten en EPC contracten
️ Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met management en proces management
️ Je kan leiding nemen, aansturen, een cultuur opbouwen, je bent hands-on, bezit een helicopterview, denkt mee met sales
️ Interesse/affiniteit voor de sector (batterijopslag, MS/HS, snelladers,laadinfrastructuur).
️ Sterk analytisch, procesmatig, organisatorisch, besluitvaardig, helicopterview.
️ Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
 ️ Ervaring met veiligheidscultuur en technische compliance.
 ️ Heel goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
 ️ Je wil 2 à 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Bornem werken, de rest remote
