Position overview:
The FP&A and Automation Manager will lead the finance transformation for the Screens companies, overseeing accounting process optimisation, FP&A, automation, and business partnering activities across our Screens businesses. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of driving systems integration, eliminating manual processes, and leading a lean, high-impact team.
What you’ll be doing:
· Leading financial process optimization for our Screens businesses in Belgium and France.
· Managing a high performance team.
· Driving implementation of automation tools and digital reporting solutions.
· Leading all central reporting (EPM), budgeting cycles, and monthly performance reviews.
· Overseeing pricing, savings, capex, and revenue management processes.
· Ensuring accounting processes are standardised and audit readiness across entities.
· Serving as key business partner to Commercial GM, Division Leadership, and local Ops.
What we’re looking for:
· A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· Process improvement and automation experience, particularly with multiple ERPs, LLM models, Automation by AI or coding (e.g SQL, VBA).
· 7–10 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in a transformation heavy environment.
· Strong system proficiency (Navision, Sage, Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, automation tools, Oracle).
· Experience leading transitions or restructuring projects.
· Strong communicator and change manager.
· Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
· Strong process mindset, automation advocate.
