In addition, you will be responsible for
- creating the complete architectural solution design for a project, together with the internal and external stakeholders. You analyze the needs, translate them into solutions and formulate a transformation plan from as-is, to MVP and eventually to a target solution
- contributing to our long-term vision on application modernization and rationalization, taking into account the impact on our own organization and market evolutions
- enforcing our guardrails within the organization, in order to guarantee an application landscape that can evolve, grow and be maintained
- helping stakeholders understand complexity and costs, challenging business requirements, providing alternatives and helping to optimize our business and customer values
- you always MAP out the full cost picture and help to define the feasibility and first workable version.
Our ideal Solution Architect.
- Has extensive technical knowledge, with a focus on application systems, SDLC methodologies and the Telecom operating model
- Has experience working with Salesforce Communications cloud and knowledge on Salesforce data cloud and MuleSoft.
- Can translate business needs to end-to-end solution designs in a complex and large application landscape
- Gets energy from our 'agile' working method and can work autonomously
- Is and remains eager to learn in a constantly changing and challenging environment
- Has a bachelor or master degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Is communicatively strong and builds bridges across our various departments and can explain complex issues easily
- Able to explain complex problems in a simple way.
- Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:
- Salesforce Communications Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and MuleSoft
- Lean Architecture, Agile Methodologies, TM Forum eTOM & SID, Design Principles (e.g., SOLID, MicroServices, .)
- Leanix, UML, ArchiMate, C4-Modelling
- Application and network integration, cloud, generative AI, Telco BSS & OSS systems, Internet of Things
- Speaks fluent English.

We are seeking a Voice Test Automation Engineer to join Telenet's B2B Voice Engineering team, focusing on developing and enhancing voice solutions for our business customers. You will advance our Test Automation Framework using tools like Arcatech and Tosca (Tricentis), integrated with Testrail, ReadyAPI, etc. In addition, you will improve existing tests and create new ones to ensure the quality of our software-based UC&C clients (Webex/Teams).
Your tasks as voice test automation Engineer
As a team member, you will contribute to or be ultimately responsible for the products and services assigned to you. The team works closely with other engineering groups and departments to develop end-to-end solutions. We are looking for someone with a passion for diverse technologies, Hardware and software, and new trends in the ICT and Telecom sector. Depending on your level of experience, you will also guide us towards these trends and technologies. By collaborating with other engineers, you keep our internal business partners and external customers satisfied.
You will start from a concept or question and independently or as part of a team, create a product that meets the needs of both Telenet and its customers. The quality of the customer experience is always central, and you strive to continuously improve it. You can troubleshoot existing systems at the request of other users and provide solutions.
