Wat ga je doen?

Als Full Stack Java Developer ben jij de schakel tussen business en technologie. Je vertaalt complexe functionele behoeften naar robuuste en toekomstgerichte technische oplossingen, met veel aandacht voor integratie. Je werkt actief mee aan het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de implementatie van innovatieve applicaties binnen onze Java-stack.

Je neemt een leidende rol op in onze ontwikkelomgeving en waakt over de kwaliteit, stabiliteit en conformiteit van de oplossingen met onze standaarden. Je begeleidt collega's, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het geleverde werk.

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van developers, analisten en testers, en werkt mee aan uitdagende projecten binnen een stimulerende en open werkomgeving. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, mee te denken over architecturale keuzes en de technische koers van het team mee vorm te geven.

* Je analyseert businessbehoeften en vertaalt ze naar technische specificaties.
* Je ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en onderhoudt schaalbare en ge ntegreerde full stack Java-oplossingen die in lijn zijn met de bedrijfsarchitectuur.
* Je documenteert en beheert deze oplossingen zorgvuldig.
* Je begeleidt en coacht andere developers, en stimuleert kennisdeling binnen het team.
* Je denkt actief mee over architectuur, performantie en security.
* Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders om kwalitatieve en duurzame oplossingen te realiseren.
* Je ondersteunt bij het opzetten van testomgevingen en werkt samen met testers tijdens het testproces.

* Je hebt relevante ervaring als Java developer in een full stack context.
* Je hebt een grondige kennis van Java, Spring, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript en React.
* Je begrijpt architectuurschema's en bent in staat om op termijn zelfstandig webarchitecturen uit te tekenen en te verdedigen.
* Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en een echte teamspeler.
* Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git en CI/CD-processen.
* Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans, en een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de tweede landstaal en het Engels.

• Define Development Conventions & Guidelines: Develop comprehensive coding standards, design patterns, naming conventions, code review processes, and other essential engineering practices.
• Architectural Oversight: Ensure that development standards align with scalable and maintainable architecture, collaborating closely with system architects.
• Technical Leadership: Support technical experts across all levels, fostering a culture of high-quality code.
• Governance: Define mechanisms for monitoring and enforcing adherence to development guidelines.
• Integration of development standards into AI-powered tooling: Translate development standards into AI-powered tooling as we actively implement AI Coding assistants to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
• Objective and Key results: Your standards are adopted by a majority of the developers and recognized as adding value by the community.

• Experience defining and enforcing development standards in large-scale organizations
• Deep knowledge of modern software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills; ability to influence without authority
• Passion for mentoring and growing engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with one or more modern languages/frameworks, by order of importance (e.g., Java & Spring/SpringBoot, Node.js, Python, Go)
• Familiarity with security best practices
• Experience integrating development standards into AI-powered tooling (designing prompt templates, codifying coding rules and architectural patterns into reusable AI instructions and collaborating with platform teams to ensure that AI tools reflect our internal best practices)
• Experience with imbedded AI coding agent inside IDE

Contract length - 6 months

Work structure - Remote (from anywhere in Belgium)

Responsibilities:

. Leading the architecture and design of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions

. Work closely with Business Analysts, developers and Project Manager

. Conducting code reviews and troubleshooting technical issues

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP project experience
• You know the SAP Cloud and OnPrem integration suite and are familiar with terms like REST/OData, Json, XML, SSL, Groovy, SAML,. SAP Certifications are a plus
• Knowledge on the different BTP components for integration, development, extensibility, .
• Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions
• A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
• Fluency in Dutch or French + English (other languages are a plus)

• Je stelt technische oplossingen voor die aangepast zijn aan de noden en beperkingen van projecten en die in lijn liggen met de IT-visie van AG. Door te innoveren en verbeteren creëer je meteen ook toegevoegde waarde voor AG
