Als Teamlead Boekhouding ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse functioneren van jouw domein boekhouding binnen je kantoor. Je bouwt aan een sterk en gemotiveerd team en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkplanning. Daarnaast blijf je actief in het veld als boekhouder voor jouw eigen portefeuille van klanten

Expertisefunctie (70%):

Boekhouding: Je voert taken uit binnen je vakgebied en blijft op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt binnen jouw expertisedomein en biedt ondersteuning bij moeilijke vraagstukken.

Operationeel management (10%)

- Werkplanning: Je verdeelt het werk binnen je team en zorgt voor een evenwichtige werkdruk. Je houdt rekening met vakantieplanning, ziekte en onverwachte situaties. Je herverdeelt taken indien nodig om continuïteit te garanderen.

- Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je neemt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor je expertisedomein. Je controleert het werk van je teamleden, coacht hen en stuurt bij waar nodig.

- Procesimplementatie: Je kent de centraal gedefinieerde Parte Processen (Properly, HR, IT.) en implementeert deze binnen je team. Je kijkt erop toe op dat deze processen correct worden gevolgd, voorziet ondersteuning en opleiding waar nodig. Je neemt deel aan de maandelijkse Teamlead community en blijft zo up-to-date van de laatste nieuwtjes.

People Management (20%)

- (Jaarlijkse) HR Cyclus: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de onboarding, evaluatie en de ontwikkeling van je team. Hiervoor volg je de Parte HR Processen op en werk je nauw samen met HR. Je neemt deel aan het sollicitatiegesprekken voor je team en draagt bij aan het aantrekken van goede kandidaten.

- People case management: Je werkt samen met de HR voor individuele en teaminterventies, bijvoorbeeld voor retentie, langdurige zieken, prestatie problemen, ontwikkelingsplannen. Je houdt wekelijks een one-to-one meeting met je teamleden en vult de Parte Staff Tracker in om risico op personeelsverlies te signaleren en hierop te anticiperen.

- Team spirit: Je bouwt actief aan een positieve teamsfeer door het opzetten van regelmatige overlegmomenten, fun-activiteiten en het vieren van successen. Je stimuleert het team om actief deel te nemen aan Parte initiatieven. In moeilijke periodes ondersteun je je team en stuur je bij.

Freelance .NET Team Lead - Hybrid | Long-Term Contract | Antwerp (Left Bank)

A well-established global logistics operation is seeking a skilled freelance .NET Team Lead. The outgoing lead will wrap up at the end of the year, with a required 1-month handover. You’ll immediately take responsibility for technical leadership, delivery excellence, and team empowerment.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in .NET (Core 6/8) LTS, with solid experience in Entity Framework
• Mastery of Unit Testing
• Expertise in Azure DevOps: Pipelines (CI/CD), Boards, Artifacts

• Own end-to-end delivery - from coding, continuous integration/deployment, to production support and cloud infrastructure
