Your role & responsibilities
As a Development Team Lead / Scrum Master, you will:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development teams in an agile environment
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Angular
  • Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT, Eclipse
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills

  • 3+ years of experience working with Cloud Platform teams.
  • 3+ years of experience coaching cross-functional development and operations teams.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Agile business transformations.

Als Facilities Teamlead ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles rond gebouwen en faciliteiten bij Goed. Je werkt plannen uit voor projecten, houdt budgetten scherp in de gaten en zorgt voor een veilige, nette werkomgeving. De Facilities Teamlead werkt mee in het team, coacht collega’s en bewaakt de werking. Als Facilities Teamlead communiceer je vlot met leveranciers en partners. Jij zorgt dat alles loopt, vandaag én morgen.

voor ons ben je best jezelf, en ben je liefst iemand die

  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring heeft, bij voorkeur in retailprojecten;
  • ervaring heeft met gebouwenbeheer en facilitaire diensten;
  • graag meewerkt en het team versterkt met een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • sterk plant en organiseert, maar ook flexibel schakelt;
  • helder en verbindend communiceert met alle betrokkenen.
