Vos responsabilités clés :

Qualifications requises :

- Excellente compréhension des principes de la supply chain, du transport et des douanes.
- Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques, en particulier les logiciels ERP, WMS, TMS et les outils d'analyse de données (Excel avancé, Power BI serait un plus).
- Fortes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.

**Position overview**
This position has a Global responsibility to develop & deploy the overall Plan System transformation program for Demand Planning across all MedTech BU's / Regions, managing complex interdependencies with other strategic programs. He / she will shape and deploy the MedTech Plan system vision and comprehensive strategy in alignment with the respective senior stakeholders and ensures the successful delivery of the overall program for Demand Planning.
In addition, this role will help transform / standardize underlying Plan technologies and ensure their integration. The person in this role will demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, planning systems / capabilities, end to end & strategic thinking, digital acumen and will partner with senior executives within the MedTech SC functions.
This position will report to the MedTech Plan Product Owner within the J&J MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization.
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
**The Demand Planning Transformation Lead is responsible for:**
+ Shape the MedTech Plan System vision & strategy for Demand Planning to transform the MT planning landscape, and its integration into the MT SC digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
+ Develop & deploy Demand Planning system / capability roadmap considering highly complex interdependencies with MT must wins and strategic programs such as SigniFi and TranSCend.
+ Overall accountable to develop, refine, and implement the strategy to advance the maturity of our plan systems globally.
+ Shape & initiate the multi-year program, including financials, value case, timelines and resource model. Mobilize the program.
+ Establish and manage the governance structure and processes.
+ Plan and manage delivery of project operationally, including team and schedule management.
+ Lead the team to deploy the program.
+ Keep abreast with emerging planning concepts and technologies.
+ Establish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions such as J&J Technology, MT SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain & Regional Value Chains, Integrated Business Management.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Education, experience:**
+ Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Operations or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
+ Requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain or large transformation programs.
+ Minimum of 5 years Plan business experience.
+ Requires people management and development experience. Build and maintain high performance teams.
+ Requires strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain.
+ Project Management: FPX PL or PMP Certification required, FPX SME preferred.
+ APICS / lean six sigma certification preferred.

Vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi de la stratégie supply chain, visant à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, réduire les coûts et garantir la satisfaction client. Vos missions incluront la gestion des stocks, l'optimisation des processus d'entreposage, la coordination des transports nationaux et internationaux, la négociation avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires logistiques, ainsi que la gestion d'une équipe.
Le responsable supply chain devra mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pertinents, analyser les flux et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue. Une excellente connaissance des outils informatiques de gestion (ERP, WMS, TMS) et des méthodologies d'optimisation (Lean, Six Sigma) sera nécessaire. Vous jouerez un rôle d'interface majeur entre les différents départements de l'entreprise (achats, production, ventes) et les partenaires externes.
Le candidat idéal possède une vision stratégique, une forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'un excellent leadership.
