Vos responsabilités principales :
- Superviser à distance les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les lignes de production.
- Analyser les rapports d'intervention des équipes sur site et préconiser les actions nécessaires.
- Gérer les plannings de maintenance et coordonner les techniciens terrain pour optimiser l'efficacité.

- Participer à la gestion du stock de pièces de rechange et optimiser les niveaux d'inventaire.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les services de production, d'ingénierie et d'achats pour assurer la fluidité des opérations.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration des outils de GMAO (Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur).
- Former et encadrer les techniciens de maintenance sur les nouvelles technologies et les bonnes pratiques.
- Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur lors des interventions.
- Participer à l'analyse des causes racines des incidents et proposer des mesures correctives pérennes.
- Rédiger des rapports techniques et des synthèses d'activité pour la direction.
- Être l'interface technique principale pour les questions de maintenance sur les sites sous votre responsabilité.
- Contribuer à la stratégie globale de maintenance de l'entreprise.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en électromécanique, maintenance industrielle, automatisation ou domaine technique connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la maintenance industrielle, avec une expérience significative en tant que superviseur ou coordinateur.
- Solides compétences en diagnostic de pannes sur des équipements mécaniques, électriques et automatisés.
- Excellente connaissance des systèmes de supervision SCADA et des outils GMAO.
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques (mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques).

In Ghent, J&J is operating CAR-T: chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy. This is a new and innovative approach to eliminate cancer cells. It works by harnessing the power of a patient's own immune system. That power is created from the patients' T cells and is engineered to eliminate cancer cells expressing a specific antigen.
The Ghent E&PS FM team manages the critical installations, facilities and utilities (steam, cooling installations, heating equipment, water systems, compressed air, high voltage, .) of/for the Ghent manufacturing hubs. The main goal of the E&PS team in Ghent is to ensure that the building and building systems are available 24/7 in a safe and compliant manner for the occupants and their activities. The EP&S FM team in Ghent is recruiting a **senior** **facilities engineer** **-** **electr** **ical maintenance** for the 2 production sites in Ghent and its future expansions. We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled electrical maintenance engineer. This position will provide technical expertise in the design, programming, installation, testing and modification of modules, systems and equipment applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of electrical engineering, a solid analytical mind for problem solving, a nose for innovation together with good project management and communication skills with the absolute prerequisite of being a stress-resilient team player.

+ **Facilities Asset Maintenance** Ensure -together with the mechanical maintenance engineer- clear and adequate maintenance contracts management. As Maintenance Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for managing a team of technicians, engineers and subcontractors. You plan the daily maintenance and repair tasks within your shift, taking into account the optimal deployment of material and employees. You also participate in the maintenance of automated systems and provide support for complex problems in our ASRS (automated storage retrieval system).

+ You will lead/organise maintenance activities, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out, both mechanical and electrical.
