Vos responsabilités principales :
  • Superviser à distance les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les lignes de production.

  • Gérer les plannings de maintenance et coordonner les techniciens terrain pour optimiser l'efficacité.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes complexes à distance à l'aide des systèmes de supervision et des données de production.

  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance de la maintenance (MTBF, MTTR, taux de disponibilité).
  • Participer à la gestion du stock de pièces de rechange et optimiser les niveaux d'inventaire.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les services de production, d'ingénierie et d'achats pour assurer la fluidité des opérations.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration des outils de GMAO (Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur).
  • Former et encadrer les techniciens de maintenance sur les nouvelles technologies et les bonnes pratiques.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur lors des interventions.
  • Participer à l'analyse des causes racines des incidents et proposer des mesures correctives pérennes.
  • Rédiger des rapports techniques et des synthèses d'activité pour la direction.
  • Être l'interface technique principale pour les questions de maintenance sur les sites sous votre responsabilité.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie globale de maintenance de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :
  • Diplôme d'études supérieures en électromécanique, maintenance industrielle, automatisation ou domaine technique connexe.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la maintenance industrielle, avec une expérience significative en tant que superviseur ou coordinateur.
  • Solides compétences en diagnostic de pannes sur des équipements mécaniques, électriques et automatisés.
  • Excellente connaissance des systèmes de supervision SCADA et des outils GMAO.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques (mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, rigoureuse et proactive dans un environnement de télétravail.
  • Connaissance des principes de maintenance préventive et prédictive.
  • La maîtrise du néerlandais est indispensable, la connaissance du français est un atout.

In Ghent, J&J is operating CAR-T: chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy. This is a new and innovative approach to eliminate cancer cells. The Ghent E&PS FM team manages the critical installations, facilities and utilities (steam, cooling installations, heating equipment, water systems, compressed air, high voltage, .) of/for the Ghent manufacturing hubs. We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled electrical maintenance engineer. This position will provide technical expertise in the design, programming, installation, testing and modification of modules, systems and equipment applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of electrical engineering, a solid analytical mind for problem solving, a nose for innovation together with good project management and communication skills with the absolute prerequisite of being a stress-resilient team player.

As Maintenance Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for managing a team of technicians, engineers and subcontractors. You plan the daily maintenance and repair tasks within your shift, taking into account the optimal deployment of material and employees. You also participate in the maintenance of automated systems and provide support for complex problems in our ASRS (automated storage retrieval system).
Together with the Maintenance & Facility Manager, you work on innovation and continuous improvement. You promote safety and environmental awareness among your team and all employees at our site.

**_What will you do:_**
+ You will lead/organise maintenance activities, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out, both mechanical and electrical.
+ You provide technical support and possible follow-up to operators, subcontractors and technicians so that the maintenance plan can be realised.
+ As People manager, you support the team and ensure good cooperation between the teams.
+ You participate in planned corrective (e.g. overhauls) and preventive work according to the prepared planning & standard agreements, and work on long-term technical improvement.
+ Develop your team to improve their long-term performance and maintain their commitment to the company.
+ You will ensure that maintenance and spare parts are deployed efficiently with the aim of ensuring plant availability and performance.

+ You will be responsible for drafting work permits and notifying subcontractors.
+ You ensure the administrative follow-up of technical interventions to be carried out. You report to the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
+ You create work instructions/procedures, maintenance manuals and create management dashboards to report on the performance of your team.
+ You work closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
