jouw taken
Als Sourcing & Procurement Specialist speel je een sleutelrol binnen het leveranciersbeleid én productontwikkelingsproces:
- Het leverancierslandschap optimaliseren door relaties met bestaande leveranciers te versterken en strategische back-ups te voorzien voor kritieke productgroepen.
- Nieuwe leveranciers identificeren en evalueren via marktonderzoek, beurzen en scouting, voornamelijk in Azië.
- Op basis van prijstargets, marges en productiemogelijkheden keuzes maken en deze vertalen naar duidelijke vendor businesscases.
- Onderhandelen over kostprijzen, contractvoorwaarden en volumes om een optimale marge en leveringszekerheid te waarborgen.
- Als brug tussen aankoop, design en productmanagement mee vormgeven aan nieuwe producten, van briefing tot lancering.
- Jaarlijkse evaluaties uitvoeren, contracten afsluiten en kwaliteits- of communicatieproblemen kordaat aanpakken.
- De planning ondersteunen met inzichten over voorraadimpact en leverbetrouwbaarheid.

- Je hebt een master in een economische richting en minstens 4 jaar ervaring in sourcing bij Chinese leveranciers binnen retail, interieur of een relevante sector.
- Je beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers.
- Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht, neemt initiatief en stelt prioriteiten.
- Je bent een positieve teamplayer, maar werkt ook zelfstandig en georganiseerd.
- Je bent bereid een paar keer per jaar korte zakenreizen naar Azië te maken.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Excel en ERP-systemen.
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend; kennis van Chinees is een troef.

Johnson & Johnson Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is seeking for a **Technical Product Owner - Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)** to support the AP Transformation program, which is part of the overall Transact initiative.
The TPO (Technical Product Owner) for VIM is part of the overall Transact Program and will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management. This role is responsible for leading the road map, execution, and implementation of the interim solution as well as the end state Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution on S/4 HANA (CFIN) as part of the AP Transformation & Treasury Management project. As TPO for VIM you will manage the VIM Squad and partner with other Transact program streams such as I2C, TMS, A2R, Tax, MDG, Transcend and Procurement partners
Key responsibilities:
+ Leads Design and Delivery of SAP Finance solutions with a focus on Invoicing. This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable business processes and the SAP FI-AP (Finance Accounts Payable) module, including integrations with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, APM) as well as integration external providers such as Vertex.
+ Business Problem Definition: understanding and translating business problems faced by the finance function into a value case & comprehensive set of solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance & user experience supported by defined, baseline value realization key performance indicators
+ External Insights: understanding external trends and insights related to Invoice to Pay processes & technology, including SAP Best Practices, industry acceptability & scalability.
+ Solution Design: ensuring that product development efforts incorporate an approach that starts with experimentation to validate expected impact, includes human centered design, embraces agile principles, incorporates external insights, required end to end process optimizations, and compliance engagement
+ Architecture: partnering with the finance architecture team to define the role each system plays within our landscape aligned with business capabilities
+ Internal Partnerships: acting as the primary trusted advisor to senior finance & technology leaders across all lifecycles of product development starting with inception through to value realization & ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against strategic objectives
+ Product Management: partnering with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver finance business & technology strategy, value creation objectives, and measurable key performance indicators

**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in leading technical and / or product teams, generating alignment and embracing diversity and inclusion
+ Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation experience within FI-AP
+ Technical proficiency with OpenText Invoice Management solution
+ Technical proficiency in SAP S/4 Accounts Payable

+ Strong knowledge of Reporting and Interface design with other applications

**About the role:**
The Supply Chain Analyst coordinates the production and allocation of Finished Goods for a portfolio of products while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements. You will report to the Supply Chain Analyst Lead.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Oversee global supply plans through allocation overwrites, maintaining data accuracy by updated allocation sheets.
+ Manage ERP orders to align packaging schedules with supply plans.
+ Monitor and improve finished goods inventory based on S&OP strategies and forecasts.
+ Collaborate with key teams to resolve supply issues, address risks, and ensure minimal disruptions.
+ Report indicators, support product launches, and handle supply and regulatory requirements effectively.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent
+ 3 - 5+ years experience in various and growing supply chain roles
+ ERP experience such SAP,JDE /MRP systems and tools implementations
+ English Fluent
+ Lean or Six Sigma experience preferable
+ APICS certified - Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferable
+ Demonstrated experience in designing, maintaining and enhancing processes
+ Change Management and Continuous Improvement
