**More about this role**
As a Senior Manager in the Global Sustainable Impact team this role will support the advancement of MDLZ's ESG reporting and disclosure capabilities. The role will report into the VP Global ESG Reporting and Engagement. This role will lead the ESG regulatory compliance and disclosure strategy and programs working with the ESG Team and across functions to evaluate, analyse and advance both our internal and external ESG reporting and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and experience in ESG regulatory reporting.

+ ESG regulatorycompliance, disclosure and reporting strategy development and management:
+ Monitor, understandand distilthe emerging external ESG regulatory compliance and reportinglandscape, changes to regulatory requirements at a global and local level and implications/opportunities for MDLZ incl. actional insights for senior leadership and internal 'triaging'.
+ Benchmark best practice with peer companies and enhance MDLZ's reporting standards.
+ Management of MDLZ ESG Reporting Standards and policies and compliance across the enterprise; keep MLDZ up to date and prepared with standards from ISSB, TCFD, EU-CRSD and other local regulation; Provide training, guidance and leadership to ensure strong technical capabilities across global and local teams.
+ Identifying and coordinating the reporting requirements/inputs from internal workstream leads to ensure timely population of key reports and disclosures, in collaboration with the Director ESG Digital and Data. Ensure consistent quantitative and qualitative disclosure across all filings and publications.
+ Working with External Coms, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit & Controls, IT, and Investor Relations to ensure proactive management of ESG reporting requirements and ongoing stakeholder engagement; Support local country teams to prepare local disclosure aligned with enterprise standards
+ Serve as key contact for regulators, legal council and independent auditor.
+ Prepare Global ESG related disclosures (e.g.EU-CSRD) for annual and interim reporting cycles and act as experts on regulatory sustainability reporting,
+ Drive end to end EU-CSRD reporting project supported by ESG reporting manager and through engagement of cross functional teams
+ Maintain strong understanding of applicable ESG standards & frameworks
+ Drive internal readiness assessment accordinglyand coordination of information required for regulatory disclosure purposes, finalize and activate new data and assurance strategy, and manage cadence
+ Manage ESG Double Materiality Assessment and integration into ERM Program
+ Oversee and guide MDLZ's Double Materiality assessment in preparation for EU-CSRD and work closely with risk and control partners to embed robust governance and reporting frameworks
**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
+ 5+ years' experience in a similar role and detailed, working knowledge of ESG voluntary and regulatory reporting such as EU-CSRD, IFRS, ISSB etc. in comparable company (CPG, Food & Beverages preferred)
+ Experience in sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB
+ Skilled in crafting and editing non-financial reporting with precision and clarity
+ Strong Project management skills

**Job Description:**
The Senior Manager Industrial Hygiene (IH) & Ergonomics (Ergo) is a technical expert in Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics. These two EHS&S specialties are critical to Johnson & Johnson as they address prevention of occupational illness associated with exposure to chemical, physical, biological and radiological agents and the prevention of ergonomic hazards. This individual demonstrates a depth of knowledge and experience that is capable of recognizing and controlling these occupational health related hazards. The breadth of responsibility requires a person who can communicate effectively at all levels and across multiple cultures.
**You will be responsible for:**
+ Develops and deploys a Global Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics strategy and tactics to close compliance gaps in existing IH and Ergo processes and programs and ensure regulatory compliance and protection of employee health.
+ Serves as a technical expert on IH and Ergo issues supporting complex challenges at site, sector and enterprise level. Provides customer service related to problem solving, incident investigations and urgent response on request.
+ Data management: supporting the implementation and improvement of IH & Ergo Data Management Systems (ex. Cority), performing trend analysis using Tableau, Curve Data Gathering.
+ Develops, deploys and reviews IH & Ergo standards, guidelines and tools that provide value for the business.
+ Connects and leverages other Company IH and Ergo Experts through IH and Ergo Communities of Practice; Supports Governance Structure IH and Ergo Delivery Model.
+ Develops, delivers and reviews guidance and training solutions related to IH and Ergo. Communicates updates via different channels.

**Qualifications/requirements:**
+ Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferred are of study: EHS, IH or Allied Sciences. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is preferred.
+ 10+ years of overall EHS experience, with a strong emphasis on Industrial Hygiene and at least intermediate expertise in Ergonomics.
+ Strong people management experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal, English communication (written & verbal), problem-solving, influence, planning, organizing, and time management skills. Superior team player a must.
+ Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with regulators and associates.
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret complex regulatory issues and provide recommended course of action.
+ Excellent project management skills.

What We Expect:
+ Advanced project and portfolio management experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams in supply chain or operations.
+ Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), governance, and value delivery.
+ Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, driving change, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
+ Effective analytical, problem-solving, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.

You as **Senior Manager, Global Planner** will keep the Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport brands on track to achieve financial objectives by aligning regional and global plans, and ensuring product availability meets demand.

The Senior Manager will lead process design and capability development across several key areas including Vein-to-Vein (V2V), Demand Allocation and Finished Goods Master Planning, Cryo Planning, and Lenti/RM MPS/MRP. They will also support reporting and analytics capability development. In addition, the incumbent will participate in developing logistics transportation planning capabilities, such as determining the appropriate use of air or ground transport for specific lanes, in collaboration with JJT and supply chain teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the current system scope, which includes ATSM, COI/C, and ATPS. The Senior Manager will work closely with the ATSC JJT team to define and implement system architecture and projects that support the desired capabilities.
+ Collaborate with the ATSC TranSCend team to ensure that integration requirements are defined and met and that solutions are consistent across platforms
+ Driving the global standardization of planning processes and solutions
+ Support the enablement of a unified reporting and analytics platform and help define and evolve the long-term planning tool strategy in alignment with enterprise goals.
+ Develop and maintain a Capability Maturity Model to assess and guide the evolution of planning capabilities
+ Leading, and managing cross-functional projects aimed at developing and deploying planning capabilities.
+ Align capability requirements with end users, Process Excellence (PE), and Digital (D) leadership teams
+ Ensure stakeholder engagement and facilitate change adoption across global teams
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
**Experience and Skills:**

+ A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development
+ A strong understanding of planning systems such as ATSM, OMP, and COI/C, as well as supply chain processes.

To further strengthen our CMC team, we are looking for a Senior CMC Manager . The candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of CMC documentation for submissions for our large molecule therapeutic drug candidates throughout their clinical development towards marketing approval and their post-approval stage. In this role you will have a front seat in the development and life-cycle management of novel therapeutics and to weigh into CMC development strategies.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Contributes to the CMC development and life-cycle management of clinical and commercial stage programs in close collaboration with the CMC team members by:
· Lead the preparation of CMC documentation for clinical and commercial dossiers, in development in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders;
· Lead CDE consultation meetings and interactions from CMC perspective and lead preparation of scientific briefing documents and regulatory response documents with support of the global CMC team;
· Lead life cycle management of dossiers relating CMC according to regional needs;
· Responsible for assessing regulatory impact of CMC change controls on dossiers, and strategizing variation filing;
· Ensure submission packages are complete and compliant with applicable regulatory and country specific requirements;
· Oversee activities in relation to local QC testing, with support of the global CMC analytical team;
· Coordinating activities with external and internal partners ensuring that deliverables are executed with the right priorities and to the required standards;
· Providing strategic input into CMC development activities;
· Tracking execution of regulatory commitments
Sr Manager level with experience on IMPD for different regions, experience with CN CTAs is a plus
The new team members will be working on various regions / projects and not limited to China.
Qualifications:
· Master degree or PhD in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or bio-engineering, with relevant expertise in CMC development and CMC regulatory affairs;
· Science oriented, experience with large molecules is a plus;
· Excellent regulatory writing skills coupled with comprehensive knowledge of pharmacopoeial requirements, ICH guidelines, China, FDA and EMA/CHMP regulations and guidelines, and other international regulatory requirements;
· Team player; able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
· Well organized and able to handle multiple assignments in parallel;
· Eye for detail and quality conscious attitude;
· Hands-on, self-initiative, Proactive - can do mentality;
· Fluent in English - our working language;
