As a Senior Consultant, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact projects, analysing business needs, and designing innovative solutions that help our clients grow and transform. What will you do?

• Understand and analyse clients’ strategic and operational challenges to deliver actionable recommendations;

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles with proven project delivery;
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a fluent level in English, and a good command of the other national language (must have);
• Proficient in key BA tools: Excel, PowerPoint, BPMN, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, SQL;
• Familiar with agile methodologies, and business analysis frameworks;
• Strong command of business process modelling, stakeholder mapping, and impact analysis;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders;

Functie: Senior Consultant – Finance

Als Senior Consultant – Finance speel je een centrale rol in de financiële adviesopdrachten van AION Consulting. Je begeleidt klanten bij hun strategische en financiële besluitvorming, met een focus op waarderingen, investeringsanalyses, risicobeheer en financiële planning & analyse (FP&A). Je vertaalt financiële data naar inzichten die leiden tot waardecreatie en duurzame groei, zowel voor klanten als voor AION Consulting.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

• Uitvoeren van bedrijfswaarderingen, investeringsanalyses en financiële due diligence voor klanten en investeerders;
• Ondersteunen van financiële planningsprocessen, budgettering en forecasting (FP&A) binnen organisaties;
• Analyseren van financiële risico’s, definiëren van beheersmaatregelen en ondersteunen van interne controlemechanismen;
• Ontwikkelen van financiële dashboards, KPI-structuren en rapporteringssystemen op maat van de klant;

Jouw profiel:

• Masterdiploma in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Handelsingenieur of aanverwant;
• Minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring in financiële consultancy, corporate finance, audit of FP&A;

SAP Senior Consultant

Als SAP Senior Consultant werk je bij onze partner de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) waar je deel uitmaakt van het SAP-team.

Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken:

In het kader van de uitbreiding van het gewestelijk SAP platform en de overstap naar de nieuwste hoogtechnologische SAP tools (o.a. S/4 HANA, FIORI en SAP Enable now) is onze klant-partner, de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (SPRB-GOB) die dit platform beheert, op zoek naar een SAP Functional Finance Consultant om zijn SAP Competentiecentrum en zijn 17 medewerkers te versterken.

Als SAP consultant ben je van a tot z betrokken bij de implementatie van SAP modules:

• Je analyseert, in samenwerking met het vakgebied, de behoeften in jouw expertisegebieden en je stelt passende oplossingen voor. Zo nodig schrijf je de functionele analyse voor op maat gemaakte ontwikkeling.
• Je werkt mee aan de opstart, de configuratie, de integratie en het uittesten van de modules, tot en met de validering door de eindgebruikers.
• Je werkt ook mee aan hun opleiding, je schrijft ad-hocdocumentatie en biedt ondersteuning na elke indienststelling.
• In projecten die in samenwerking met externe SAP business partners worden uitgevoerd, ben je de belangrijkste schakel tussen alle betrokkenen: gebruikers van een gewestelijke instelling of van de GOB, het gewestelijk SAP Competentiecentrum en de derde partij die de implementatie verzorgt. Senior D365 CE Consultant – Belgium

I’m working with a leading Microsoft Partner in Belgium who is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on end-to-end CE projects with enterprise-level clients, while enjoying the flexibility of only 1 day per week in the office (either Antwerp or Ghent).

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading D365 CE implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
• Advising clients on best practices, solution design, and optimisation
• Working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
• Providing training and ongoing support to end-users

What we’re looking for:

• Strong track record delivering D365 CE projects in a consultancy environment
• Deep understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in a client-facing role

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for inquisitive, driven and enthusiastic colleagues, with strong project management, analytical and social skills. Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues, and have the ability to co-build a future proof HR function in innovative ways.

You will help our team and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management is an asset;
• 3 to 5 years work experience in HR. Experience in a consulting company is a plus;
• Experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
• You are interested in HR data and you approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
• Commercial ‘flair’ and are client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;
• Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery;
• Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience;
• You are digitally minded;
• Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector organizations;
• Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
