Hologic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **E2E Planning Manager for EMEA** to join our IBP & Planning team, responsible for the end-to-end planning management of one of our business units. This is a crucial role that will take the lead in coordinating, reviewing, and ultimately consolidating regional demand forecasts to ensure an effective and predictable Sales & Operations (S&OP) process. Additionally, the E2E Planning Manager for EMEA will continuously improve the sourcing of products, analyse supply performance and costs, and drive improvements and sustainability in accuracy, availability, and inventory coverage. **What to Expect**
+ Lead demand management activities for each monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating forecasts, analyzing customer and product trends, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy and reliability.

Notre client, une entreprise industrielle en pleine croissance spécialisée dans la fabrication de composants métalliques, recrute un Responsable Logistique & Supply Chain expérimenté pour son site de Charleroi . Vous aurez pour mission de piloter l'ensemble des opérations logistiques, de l'approvisionnement des matières premières jusqu'à la livraison des produits finis chez le client, en passant par la gestion des stocks et l'optimisation des flux. Il s'agit d'un poste clé qui requiert une vision stratégique, une excellente connaissance des processus logistiques et une forte capacité à gérer des équipes. Vous devrez mettre en place des indicateurs de performance, identifier les axes d'amélioration et garantir l'efficacité et la rentabilité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Vos missions incluront :

• Supervision et coordination des activités de réception, stockage, préparation de commandes et expédition.
• Optimisation de la gestion des stocks (quantités, rotation, coûts) et mise en place d'inventaires réguliers.
• Négociation et gestion des relations avec les prestataires logistiques (transporteurs, entrepôts).
• Planification et suivi des flux de transport nationaux et internationaux.
• Développement et mise en œuvre de stratégies pour améliorer l'efficacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Management et développement d'une équipe d'opérateurs logistiques.
• Mise en place et suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) de la logistique.
• Assurer la conformité réglementaire des opérations logistiques et douanières.
• Gestion du budget logistique et recherche d'économies.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme supérieur en logistique, transport, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou équivalent.
• Expérience confirmée (au moins 5 ans) dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur industriel.
• Solide compréhension des principes de la gestion des stocks, du transport et de l'entreposage.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment les systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS) et de planification (ERP).
• Excellentes compétences en leadership, en communication et en négociation.
• Capacité à analyser des données complexes et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
• Proactif, orienté résultats et apte à travailler sous pression.
• Connaissance des réglementations relatives au transport de marchandises.
• La maîtrise du français et du néerlandais est un plus.

• Gestion des stocks : inventaires, suivi des niveaux, prévention des ruptures et des surstocks.
• Mise en place et suivi des indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) de la chaîne logistique.
• Management d'une équipe d'opérateurs logistiques, planificateurs et coordinateurs.
• Négociation avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services logistiques.
• Garantir le respect des réglementations en vigueur (sécurité, douanes, transport de matières dangereuses si applicable).
• Participation active à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques via l'implémentation de nouvelles technologies et méthodes (WMS, TMS, Lean Logistics).
• Gestion du budget du département logistique et recherche constante d'optimisation des coûts.
• Résolution des problèmes opérationnels et coordination des actions correctives.
• Collaboration avec les autres départements (achats, ventes, production) pour assurer une intégration optimale de la supply chain.
• Mise en place de plans de continuité d'activité pour la chaîne logistique.

Profil recherché :

• Master en Logistique, Supply Chain Management, Ingénierie Commerciale ou domaine équivalent.
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique de la logistique et de la supply chain.
• Solide connaissance des différents modes de transport et des spécificités du transport international.
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'entrepôts et des systèmes de gestion des stocks.
• Compétences avérées en management d'équipe.
• Excellente capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques : ERP, WMS, TMS, et suite Office.
• La connaissance des principes du Lean Management appliqué à la logistique est un atout.
• Excellentes compétences en négociation et communication.
• Rigueur, organisation, proactivité et capacité à travailler sous pression.
• La maîtrise du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais est un avantage.
