Fonction

En tant que Transport Planning Specialist, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'organisation quotidienne du transport de nos marchandises. Vous êtes responsable de la planification, du suivi opérationnel et de l’optimisation des processus logistiques, en collaboration étroite avec nos partenaires externes et les différents départements internes.

Responsabilités principales :

• En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous assurez une planification et un traitement ponctuels des ordres de transport, en respectant les procédures en vigueur.
• Vous maintenez un contact étroit avec notre prestataire logistique (3PL) afin de garantir un traitement correct et fluide des ordres de transport. En cas d’écarts ou de problèmes, vous communiquez de manière proactive, tant avec le 3PL qu’en interne.
• Grâce à votre connaissance des procédures et transactions internes, vous visez le niveau de service le plus élevé possible pour vos clients, dans les différents départements.
• Vous êtes le point de contact pour les entrepôts externes et les transporteurs, et vous assurez leur suivi opérationnel.
• Vous organisez la logistique afin que tous les produits soient livrés chaque jour, au bon endroit et au bon moment.
• En cas de problème lors d’une livraison, vous recherchez non seulement des solutions, mais vous identifiez également la cause afin de mettre en place des améliorations structurelles.
• Vous contribuez à la standardisation, à la documentation et à la mise en œuvre des processus, et vous soutenez la formation de vos collègues.
• Grâce à vos analyses, nous pouvons intervenir de manière préventive et continuer à optimiser nos procédures afin d’assurer la satisfaction de nos clients.
• Votre esprit analytique affûté vous permet d’examiner les données de manière critique, de générer des rapports et de contribuer à l’automatisation des processus.
• Vous placez le client au centre de vos préoccupations et apportez des réponses appropriées aux questions et réclamations. Vous proposez des suggestions concrètes d’amélioration et veillez à leur mise en œuvre.

Profil

• Vous disposez d’au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
• Vous avez de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse, avec un intérêt marqué et un œil attentif aux détails.
• Vous êtes rigoureux sur le plan administratif et capable de garder une bonne vue d’ensemble.
• Vous êtes résistant au stress, orienté action et doté d’un esprit entrepreneurial et commercial.
• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master, ou vous disposez d’une expérience équivalente.
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance du processus Order-to-Cash dans son ensemble.
• Une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) est recommandée.
• La connaissance de SAP est indispensable.
• La connaissance de EWMS est un plus.

Langue

• Vous communiquez aisément en français et anglais.

ERP Specialist (Path to ERP Manager) / Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) / Aerospace & Manufacturing

They are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with expertise in Infor XA to join our dynamic IT and operations team. This role is designed as a succession position with a clear growth trajectory into the ERP Manager role upon the planned retirement of the current manager. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical expert for Infor XA across all global sites.

This is a strategic and analytical role — not an operational one. You won't be managing daily execution. POSITION OVERVIEW

For this position, we are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator for Benelux who will be responsible for a person who will Elaborate and ensure the achievement of the annual country/area marketing plan based on an analysis of the market situation, adjusted to the budget and considering the brand's commercial objectives.
