Introduction
Pour l'un de nos clients, société belge faisant partie d'un groupe industriel et spécialisée dans la fabrication d'équipements, nous sommes en recherche d'un production planner. Le planificateur est responsable de la gestion des moyens techniques et humains nécessaires à la production afin d’assurer une exploitation optimale, en tenant compte des besoins et des délais. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable opérationnel et les autres départements de l’entreprise.
Vos responsabilités
- Assurer l’ordonnancement et la programmation de la production pour atteindre une productivité optimale.
- Suivre, ajuster et réorganiser le planning de production en fonction des imprévus (maintenance, absences, formation, etc.).
- Coordonner et négocier avec les différents services internes (production, achats, logistique, qualité.).
- Allouer les ressources humaines aux bons postes tout en veillant à leur formation.
- Gérer les stocks et respecter les délais de livraison.
- Lancer les ordres de fabrication et les demandes d’approvisionnement en tenant compte des objectifs fixés.
- Assurer la gestion de l’approvisionnement en matières et produits en concertation avec le service achats.
- Être un relais clé entre la production et la supply chain, et assurer une continuité en cas d’absence de ce dernier (réception de marchandises, commandes urgentes, etc.).
Votre profil
- Diplôme en lien avec la fonction
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et sens de la planification.
- Rigueur, esprit critique et capacité d’adaptation.
- Bon relationnel et sens de la communication.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (ERP type SAP, Excel, suite Office.).

Automotive Aftermarket Europe, one of 80+ business units owned by of ITW, manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemicals for the automotive aftermarket. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes by managing schedules, coordinating with external partners, and supporting operational planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent negotiation, organization and communication skills, and a data-driven mindset for KPI tracking.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Safety
Provide a healthy and safe work environment for all production personnel together with the Health & Safety team & operations site manager.
· Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand, optimize resource usage, and ensure on-time delivery.
· Raw Material Scheduling: Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials based on production plans and forecasts.
· External Workshop Management: Liaise with third-party workshops to manage outsourcing needs, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and cost targets are met.
· Operational Price Negotiations: Lead and support negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure competitive pricing for operational needs.
· Non-Inventory Item Management: Oversee procurement and stock control of non-inventory items (e.g., tools, safety equipment, maintenance supplies) to support daily production operations.
· KPI Management: Track, analyse, and report on key production metrics (e.g., efficiency, downtime, throughput) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Strive for continuous improvement
Learn and evaluate current production and support operations to identify areas for improvement.
· Optimise processes
Revise and enhance standards, processes, workflows, and methods to increase productivity.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
· Master's degree in general engineering or specialization in mechanical/production/industrial engineering and 1-2 years of experience in production/operations OR equivalent experience
· Strong entrepreneurial mind, self-motivated, takes initiative, you are hands-on and apply a proactive approach.
· You are a natural networker and have the flair the develop robust and successful relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
· You have a flexible and solution-oriented mindset. You have a "can do" mentality.

Job Summary:
As a Production Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and high-quality production of packaging and assembly processes for sterile products. Your role will focus on process optimization, equipment performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. In pursuit of this goal, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, MSAT and executing systems. This will be a permanent contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Design, develop, and optimize packaging and assembly processes to improve throughput and quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MSAT, quality, supply chain, and maintenance/executing systems to support product launches and continuous improvement.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing, assembly line processes, and equipment performance.
+ Ensure processes are compliant with GMP, and other regulatory standards relevant to innovative medicines.
+ Implement Lean, Six Sigma, standard work or other continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
+ Support change control, documentation, and training for new and existing processes.
+ Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies (OEE) or non-conformances and develop corrective actions. (Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau,.)

**Job Purpose and Impact**
As a Production Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and products within the RFS EOE business, focusing on Izegem (BE) and Château Gontier (FR). You will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing detailed production schedules and material requirements to meet operational and customer demands.
