Vos missions :

En tant que Product Owner, vous êtes le garant de la vision fonctionnelle du backend et pilotez l’évolution du produit en lien étroit avec les équipes techniques et différents stakeholders internes à l’entreprise. Votre rôle s’articule autour des responsabilités suivantes :

  • Piloter les évolutions fonctionnelles du backend, en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques définis avec l’équipe Product Management.
  • Collaborer activement avec les autres Product Owners et les équipes de développement pour assurer la cohérence fonctionnelle entre les différents produits.
  • Définir, prioriser et suivre les sprints de développement en tenant compte des besoins utilisateurs, contraintes techniques et retours des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Valider les livrables pour garantir une qualité optimale et une réponse précise aux besoins utilisateurs.
  • Documenter les évolutions fonctionnelles, afin de faciliter leur adoption et leur bonne configuration.
  • Former et accompagner les équipes internes (ventes, déploiement, opérations) sur l'utilisation du produit.
  • Contribuer à la vision produit, en apportant votre expertise et vos idées d'amélioration continue.

Profil recherché :

Compétences & expérience :

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique, réseaux ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur des postes d’expertise produit, dont au moins 2 ans comme Product Owner sur des solutions backend.
  • Connaissances solides en développement logiciel et architecture back-end (indispensable).
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile / Scrum.
  • Une expérience sur des produits SaaS est un vrai plus.
  • Un haut niveau de connaissances des systèmes et workflows de la vidéo est souhaité.

The goal is to centralize identity management of several different populations of users onto a single IdentityIQ (IIQ) instance running coherent set of standardized JML processes, manage chosen set of Pan-European systems (ADs, AADs, LDAPs, other user stores and key target systems) and provide user entitlement provisioning in these systems. The solution is being rolled out together with several other big business projects, for which it is a key prerequisite. The project has been running for several years and has made its way through portion of the scope, with bigger part of the it still ahead. Due to the scope, breadth and the longevity of the project focusing on sustainability, maintanability, development efficiency and management of technical debt of the solution is also a key aspect.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our long-term, large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) program. This is a critical role responsible for shaping the future of our centralized identity management solution, built on Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring the solution meets the diverse needs of our headquarters and European affiliates while managing technical debt and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Product Vision & Strategy: Take over, own, maintain and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sailpoint IIQ platform within Toyota, aligning with the overall business objectives and the prerequisites of other major business projects.

* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, effectively collaborating with business stakeholders, IT security, engineering teams, and IT contacts from affiliates across Europe to gather requirements, build consensus, and manage expectations.

* Requirements & Backlog Management: Cooperate with team's Business Analyst, Solution Architect and Senior Devs to translate complex business needs into clear and concise user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on delivering maximum value.

* Agile & Development Oversight: Work closely with the agile development team, guiding them through sprints, and ensuring the delivered solutions are of high quality, sustainable, and maintainable.

* Technical Debt & Sustainability: Proactively identify, prioritize, and create strategies to manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of the IAM platform.

* Rollout & Adoption: lead the project team to plan and execute the rollout of the IAM solution to new user populations and target systems across Europe.

* Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the IAM solution. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, risks, and milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a complex, enterprise-level software environment.

* Strong domain knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including concepts like Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, entitlement provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.

* Demonstrated experience with large-scale, multi-year projects, preferably in a multi-national or federated organization.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and perspectives.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance tests and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Delivery Content Accountability: Validate user stories delivered by the team to ensure that they meet the business needs, potentially including the release management and the documentation

Collaboration & Communication

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, other Product Owners and end-users to understand their needs, gather requirements, communicate progress and manage expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, IT QA testers, and other Product Owners, to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Organize and prepare the content of sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring productive and efficient meetings.
  • Requirement Clarification: Provide clarifications on requirements and user stories to the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of what needs to be delivered.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users, integrating it into the backlog.

Your profile

As Product Owner, you bring:

  • Minimum 3- or 4-years’ experience as Product Owner, Business / Functional Analyst or IT Project Manager is a must
  • Computer Science or Business degree or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in modeling tools translating business needs into IT technical requirements is a must
  • Ideally experience in Saas development in Agile environment
  • Understanding in API (Rest, Graph), AWS, AI etc. is a strong asset
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English
