You help manufacturing line leaders deliver on Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets to ensure processes run smoothly by coaching line teams and using tools to eliminate losses, troubleshoot line problems and improve systems.
**How you will contribute**
You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will work closely with line leaders to ensure that Mondelēz International meets our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets on our manufacturing lines to ensure processes run smoothly. Most of your time will be spent working independently on the manufacturing floor, identifying and fixing problems, improving systems, and being responsible for your equipment, but you will also be responsible for statistical processing control and will lead small-group activities to build line team capabilities to eliminate losses.

**Process Engineer**
Als (Junior) Process Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van onze processen en het elimineren van verliezen. Je stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering en werkt samen met verschillende teams om de SQDCSM-parameters (Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Levering, Kosten, Duurzaamheid en Moraal) te optimaliseren.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
+ Als PE werk je actief mee aan het optimaliseren van het productieproces en het verhogen van de efficiëntie. Je zorgt ervoor dat procesparameters correct worden vastgelegd en toegepast, zodat de productielijnen optimaal functioneren.
+ Daarnaast bouw je expertise op binnen je vakgebied en deel je jouw kennis met collega's, teamleaders en operatoren. Samen met het productieteam til je het vakmanschap naar een hoger niveau.
+ Bij afwijkingen, zoals grondstofparameters of verstoringen in productiegegevens, neem je een proactieve rol op. Je brengt deze problemen in kaart, informeert de juiste stakeholders en onderneemt gerichte acties om verliezen en waste te minimaliseren.
+ Je biedt ondersteuning en advies aan leidinggevenden en operatoren bij uitdagingen in het productieproces en draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering.

Votre mission principale sera d'évaluer, de gérer et de réduire les risques liés aux procédés chimiques, en veillant à la conformité avec les réglementations les plus strictes et les meilleures pratiques internationales. • Maintenir et améliorer le système de management de la sécurité des procédés de l'entreprise.

Qualifications et expérience requises :

• Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Génie Chimique, Génie des Procédés, Génie Mécanique ou domaine technique connexe.
• Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans la sécurité des procédés, idéalement dans l'industrie chimique, pétrochimique ou pharmaceutique.
• Expertise avérée dans la réalisation d'analyses de risques (HAZOP, LOPA) et la compréhension des méthodologies associées.
• Connaissance approfondie des réglementations et des normes internationales relatives à la sécurité des procédés (par exemple, CCPS, AIChE).
• Capacité à interpréter des schémas de procédés (PFD, P&ID) et des données techniques.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, rédactionnelles et interpersonnelles.
• Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler efficacement à distance.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
• Une certification professionnelle en sécurité des procédés (par exemple, CSP, CIOSH) est un plus.

**Job description**
As a Sr. Principal Scientist, you will be responsible for developing impactful biocatalytic solutions to challenging problems in synthetic organic chemistry enabling design of ground-breaking synthesis routes and help us expand and advance our Bio-catalysis capabilities. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated person to lead the development of biocatalytic solutions aimed at creating efficient synthetic routes for a diverse range of synthetic modalities. This role will involve overseeing of research projects with a focus on enzyme screening, engineering, process development and scale-up of biocatalytic reactions, provide direction on how digital innovation and automation can shape the future of the biocatalysis group internally and help embed these concepts as an integral aspect of our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate across different scientific functions and network across scientific disciplines, mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in research.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
**Experience and skills**
+ PhD, postdoctoral, or equivalent by research and development experience in chemical biology, enzymology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field.
+ Several years of experience with demonstrated impact in solving industrially relevant problems.
+ Proficient in enzyme screening and engineering technologies and workflows for discovery and optimization of biocatalytic reactions.
+ Experience with wide range of enzyme classes.
+ Ability to develop internal and external network of contacts and collaborators across functions, sites, and scientific disciplines.
+ Proven track record of scientific excellence and successful research supported by peer-reviewed publications.
