**Job Description:**
The Asset Manager will support the deployment of the AM Framework for key sub-regions within the EMEA region to drive facility maintenance excellence through the adoption of standardized AM and reliability practices. This role will work closely with both J&J operated facilities and key third parties including designated integrated facility service providers while fostering collaboration across our E&PS organization to provide best in class facilities that exceed our customers expectations by delivering safe, compliant, and efficient properties across our J&J supply chain.
In this role, you will support the regional Asset Manager with driving the deployment of key risk and asset management standards, programs and initiatives throughout the lifecycle of our facility assets and systems. Key programs supported will include the ARC (Asset Risk and Compliance) programs such as ESSP, BSP, FM Global, Facility Uptime in addition to strengthening our maturity in key asset management area such as planning and scheduling, RCM (reliability centred maintenance), CMMS master and transactional data maturity, long-range forecasting, and proactive maintenance strategies including both traditional condition monitoring along with advance machine learning and data analytics platforms that support an overall digital asset ecosystem.
A suitable candidate for this role will have asset management and reliability experience in a regulated industry with a strong "end-to-end" supply chain mindset. This candidate would also have experience in supporting facility operations with a strong collaborative leadership style with experience in deploying an asset management strategy.
Key relationships include leading outsourced vendors and establishing clear lines of engagement with all E&PS Facility Leaders & regional leadership teams in addition to key partnerships with all functions with E&PS and EH&S.
**You will be responsible for:**
+ Serve as the key AM contact for identified sub-regions and/or sites within the EMEA region
+ Actively work towards collaboration between all levels and functions within E&PS to support a "ONE" E&PS approach.
+ Support the IFM supplier governance process specific to asset management & risk within a given sub-region to drive adoption of the AM Framework
+ Lead the governance of all AM Asset Risk Crisis programs and initiatives via the supply chain IRM (Integrated Risk Management) platform
+ Partner closely with our project delivery and engineering and design teams to ensure adoption of our AM framework including CMMS standards throughout the life cycle of new or existing sites
+ Support the deployment and governance of key asset management maturity and project hand-over tools to proactively identify areas of opportunity to drive facility maintenance excellence
+ Support adoption of CMMS data standards, work management practices, spare parts, procurement strategies and best in class reliability practices including a robust FRACAS system
+ Ensure adoption of the digital asset management strategy for key sites and locations as part of a global asset management ecosystem
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, etc. or relevant experience required
+ Robust knowledge of typical asset risk programs and strategies to mitigate.
+ Experienced in deploying best in class asset management and reliability programs & governance
+ Strong management and technical skills
+ Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization including senior leaders
+ Ability to adapt emerging trends and industry innovations
+ Digital literacy, including an understanding of latest predictive asset monitoring technologies and solutions.
+ Certified reliability, asset management or maintenance certificate, degree or program
+ Experience and working knowledge of various facility systems in a GxP environment
+ Ability to think strategically while maintaining a tactical focus.
**Location** : any location within Europe close to a J&J Manufacturing site might be considered. (Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland) - Flexible work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
**Travel Requirements** : This position will require 25% domestic and international travel.
