Your role:
The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.
- Repairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects,
diagnosing issues, and finding solutions;
- Maintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and adapting them if

- Regularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools,

plumbing, heating, and painting;

Samen met de andere Maintenance Techniekers en Maintenance Associates binnen jouw distributiecentrum werk je in een zeer gemotiveerd team dat bekwaam is in het industrieel onderhouden van automatische transportsystemen. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance coach die je zal begeleiden, ondersteunen en coachen.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Voor onze distributiecentra van Nike ELC in Laakdal en Ham zoeken we een Maintenance Technician (vroege/late shift) voor het snel opsporen en oplossen van storingen aan onze installaties die in goede conditie onderhouden moeten worden. Ons indrukwekkend material handling equipment bestaat uit een marathon afstand aan conveyors, 237 kranen, 390 shuttles, 13 sorters, +300 PLC's, meer dan 1700 barcode scanners en meer dan 4600 frequentie- en servosturingen. We zoeken een communicatieve teamspeler die veiligheid, orde en netheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
Je herkent defecten en kan die oplossen in industriele installaties. Ook ben je vertrouwd met elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische apparatuur. Kennis van PLC is een pluspunt.
Vereiste ervaringen zijn:
+ Technische vorming/scholing in Elektriciteit / Elektrotechniek / Elektromechanica.
+ Kennis van industriele laagspanningselektriciteit

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Preventive Maintenance** : Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and keep machinery running efficiently.
+ **Corrective Maintenance** : Diagnose and repair equipment and utility issues using schematics, manuals, and technical tools.
+ **Machine Setup** : Perform tool changes, adjust settings, and conduct test runs to ensure machines meet quality standards.
+ **Facilities & Utilities** : Maintain site utilities (compressed air, HVAC, lighting, safety systems) to ensure smooth and safe operations.
+ **Documentation** : Accurately log maintenance activities, update technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
+ **Collaboration** : Support external technicians during installations or major repairs and help maintain an orderly, efficient workspace.
**What You Bring**
+ **Education** : Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Automation Graduate/ bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
+ **Experience** : Proven practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance or technical role.
+ **Technical Skills** : Ability to read technical drawings; PLC programming knowledge (Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff)
+ **IT Proficiency** : Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ **Language skills** : Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
+ **You** : A strong communicator with a hands-on mindset. Passionate about collaboration and continuously seeking ways to grow and enhance your skills.

Als onderhoudstechnieker Facility draag je dagelijks bij aan de goed staat van onze gebouwen. Het preventief onderhoud is een belangrijk dagelijks terugkerende taak. Daarnaast spoor je defecten op, analyseer je de oorzaak waarna je de noodzakelijke herstellingswerkzaamheden uitvoert. Je hebt een open oog voor verbeteringen en doet daar aanbevelingen voor bij jouw Manager.

+ Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van de installaties in ons magazijn.
+ Je voert las- en slijpwerken uit.
+ Je doet nazicht en herstelling aan onze verwarming, sanitair en verlichting.
+ Je werkt mee bij verhuis en montage van meubelen en herinrichting van onze kantoren.
+ Je voert algemene renovatie- en opknapwerken uit (schilderen, plamuren,.)
