En tant que Technicien Support Service, vous travaillerez chez notre partenaire, la SLRB (Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale). Vous rejoindrez l'équipe informatique pour soutenir les projets liés à la stratégie digitale de la SLRB.
Votre contribution, vos missions
En tant que Technicien Support Service, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
Support utilisateurs et gestion des demandes:
Assurer le helpdesk de 1ère et 2ème ligne pour accompagner les utilisateurs au quotidien
Collecter, clarifier et qualifier les demandes utilisateurs pour garantir une compréhension précise des besoins
Centraliser toutes les demandes via un système de ticketing structuré
Effectuer le suivi des résolutions avec les fournisseurs externes et coordonner les interventions
Assurer un feedback régulier aux utilisateurs sur l'avancement de leurs demandes et les tenir informés des résolutions
Suivi de produits/services et amélioration continue :
Réaliser des tests fonctionnels, de régression et d'acceptance utilisateur pour valider les évolutions
Participer au suivi des mises en production et s'assurer de leur bon déploiement
Produire des reportings d'incidents réguliers pour identifier les axes d'amélioration
Documenter et former:
Organiser des formations et animer des user clubs pour optimiser l'adoption des outils
Créer et maintenir la documentation utilisateur accessible et à jour
Créer et maintenir la documentation technique pour l'équipe IT et à jour
Documenter les incidents et problèmes
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des nouveaux produits/services
Collaboration et projets:
Participer à des brainstorming et projets avec l'équipe IT pour faire évoluer l'environnement technique
Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et à l'optimisation de la qualité de service
Vos expériences et compétences
Vous êtes diplômé d'un bachelier en Informatique ou équivalent et vous justifiez d'une expérience d'environ 2 ans en support utilisateur et gestion de tickets
Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Windows 11 et bonnes bases en Microsoft Server 2016+
Connaissances en réseaux (LAN, WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
Expérience en gestion de tenant Microsoft sur Azure
Connaissances solides en sécurité informatique (politiques de sécurité, gestion des accès, sensibilisation aux risques)
Bases en gestion Active Directory et outils associés
Intérêt pour l'Intelligence Artificielle et conscience des enjeux de sécurité associés
Maîtrise d'outils de ticketing et de suivi d'incidents
Capacité à rédiger une documentation claire et structurée
Aisance dans l'organisation et l'animation de formations ou présentations
Excellente communication orale et écrite, vulgarisation des notions techniques
Capacité d'écoute et gestion diplomatique des situations complexes
Forte orientation solution et résolution pérenne des problèmes
Persévérance et méthodologie dans l'exécution des tâches
Adaptabilité et curiosité technologique
Sens des responsabilités en matière de sécurité et protection des données
Maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais anglais apprécié

In this position, as a Service desk agent, your role will be to provide 1st line support for internal/external users at client's systems operations in Haren, within their Network Operations Division (where mission critical systems are supported).
This is a great opportunity to be exposed to a market sector where technicians normally don't work with, expand your knowledge portfolio and apply IT skills on it. Client offers a multicultural environment.
The Technician will handle customer calls and emails, troubleshoot, document and resolve IT related issues on scope based on solutions found in the knowledge base. The Technician must work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st Level End-user support for client users including:
- Support for specific client software and applications (installation, error messages, tweaking)
- Analyzing support requests sent by the customer by calls, mail, in person and web submit
- Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system
- Examining all problems, evaluating complexity, impact and priority.
- Giving required support, efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority, impact and SLA's.
- Escalating problems according to procedures; to the client support groups or to the 2nd level
- Ensuring follow-up of all issues: documenting and fill in ticketing system appropriately
- Assist with defining and documenting knowledge base articles
- Assist with special project work as needed
- Windows troubleshooting (error messages, improving performance, tweaking system, changing appearance and settings)
- Networking (basic user-level support, checking of settings, tweaking PC settings for the network, checking internet connectivity)
Professional skills and required qualifications:
- Flexibility and able to adapt to different work environment
- IT knowledge and previous experience to be able to resolve IT issues on the go
- Fast learner
- Previous successful customer service experience is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities;
- Able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner
