Your role is highly varied and involves working in a supportive, young, and dynamic team. The range of clients, and the projects you will work on offer continuous challenges and a constantly shifting workload. You will also be in regular contact with clients and third parties to collect the necessary information as well as to provide them with valuable advice.
In your role you will be able to:
- Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution and oversight of various Software Asset Management (SAM) engagements including SAM current state assessments and software license optimization reviews;
- Examine complex software license agreements and deployments to obtain license positions for various software vendors and to provide license optimization advice to our clients;
- Perform risk assessments of contract documentation;
- Understand and help to identify opportunities for KPMG ́s practices and service offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) and have acquired 4+ years of relevant working experience, by preference in large IT organizations.
You will help our teams and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills:
- Prior working knowledge of IBM licensing. Knowledge of major software license providers such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and VMWare is a plus;
- Experience with market-leading SAM tools including one of the following providers: Flexera, ServiceNow, or Snow is a plus;
- You have a broad interest in business processes, and you like a project-based working environment;
- You are client-focused and a real team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are fluent in English and an advanced level in Dutch or French is a plus.

Purpose:
We are actively searching for a Digital Portfolio & Asset Management Leader to join the Strategic Operations team within our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IM SC). In this role you will orchestrate the execution of portfolio management processes in support of the Digital Value chain team and Strategic Operations LT. Your leadership will be key in deploying a digitally enabled supply chain that aligns seamlessly with the overarching IM SC strategy!
As the Digital Portfolio & Asset Management Leader, you will define and deploy digital portfolio and asset management processes in collaboration with IM SC functions. You will lead the Digital portfolio execution, coordinate financial decisions and trade-offs to optimize the value of digital investments. Your strategic oversight will ensure flawless business planning cycles and effective project execution of digital program portfolio. You will design, in collaboration with key stakeholders, the digital asset management processes that will be the basis for E2E trade-off decisions for the digital investment portfolio and spearhead the development and management of the digital product catalogue.
Key Responsibilities:
Defines & deploys digital portfolio & asset management process
+ Implement portfolio and project execution governance processes to identify, select, monitor and prioritize IMSC digital investments providing transparency & visibility.
+ Design & deploy E2E Digital program prioritization process to optimize portfolio performance across business planning cycles.
+ Designs the digital product Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) process enabling digital product asset management.
Leads digital portfolio management execution
+ Leads the digital portfolio through effective use of the portfolio management tools (e.g. Planisware Power BI,.)
+ Ensures execution of digital business processes (BP/JU/LRFP) and overall business execution oversight

+ Engage with the Portfolio Management team to benchmark and analyze PPM performance for the digital portfolio.

Required Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance

+ Business planning experience and financial acumen (e.g. development of business plans and long range financial plans, financial reporting, allocation management, resource management, etc.)

We are currently searching for a Senior Software Asset Consultant (SAC) to support a key European institution in Brussels. This role is critical in ensuring software license compliance, supporting policy development, and contributing to the effective management of software assets across the organization.

Your key responsibilities
- Interpret and apply licensing terms based on contracts, EULAs, license grants, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update the Software Asset Management (SAM) system, including license data input and data integrity.
- Execute actions to ensure compliance and optimize license usage in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support the drafting and implementation of IT policies and procedures related to SAM.
- Assist in the functional evolution of the SAM system, contributing to configuration, data migration, and testing.

Binnen het Operations & Maintenance-team in Oostende staat deze functie in voor de optimale werking van het offshore windpark Northwester 2 in de Belgische Noordzee. De rol vereist nauwe samenwerking met de vaste servicepartner, het WTG-team en andere interne teams. Er wordt eveneens ondersteuning geboden aan campagnes of collega’s die andere windparken beheren.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Technisch en contractueel beheer van de samenwerking met de serviceprovider
- Opvolging van dagelijkse offshore en onshore activiteiten (incl. offshore bezoeken)
- Brugfunctie tussen servicepartner, interne teams en externe partijen
- Voorzitten van maandelijkse opvolgvergaderingen en beheren van KPI’s

The role's primary focus is to ensure a secure and compliant IT environment by implementing and maintaining solutions such as Trend Micro, EndPoint Detection & Response (EDR), Office 365 Hardening, Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Cloud Application Control.
This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to work cross-functionally to implement and enforce security baselines and best practices across a hybrid IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage security solutions including:
- Trend Micro (APEX One / Vision One)
- Microsoft Intune and EndPoint Manager
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies
- EndPoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools
- Office 365 hardening, security configurations, and compliance policies
- Cloud Application Control and SaaS access policies
- Define and maintain security baselines for Windows and Mobile devices.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards through ongoing monitoring and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with other IT and security teams to drive integration and automation between tools and platforms.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, logs, and system notifications from the various platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, policies, and incident response related to the managed tools.
- Stay current with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve organizational security posture.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding EndPoint protection and device management.
Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT system administration, EndPoint security, or infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Trend Micro security solutions
- Microsoft Intune and EndPoint Manager
- EDR platforms (e.g., Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender for EndPoint)
- Office 365 Security & Compliance Center
- MDM configuration for iOS and Android devices
- Solid understanding of security best practices, device hardening, and access control.
- Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting for automation.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104)
- Experience with Azure AD Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Secure Score
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response workflows
- Exposure to compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
