As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join our team.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Employee, you will use FOVEA IP’s advanced technology to support our clients—providing guidance, assistance, and solutions to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We value skills and mindset over formal qualifications. You are:
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
- Precise and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills
- Dynamic and adaptable, able to handle changing priorities
- Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional manner
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and French (native or bilingual). Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus.
Experience:
- Junior profiles are welcome—university education is not mandatory.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, IP, or trademark/brand protection is an asset.
- Full training on the IP industry, our software, and tools will be provided.
