+ Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes.Report out on and track ageing inventory.
+ Oversee the overall warehouse complaint case management, in close cooperation with 3PL, QA & Supplier Quality teams.Support internal and customer quality audits.
+ Train & Coach 3PL warehouse operations teams on any inventory or quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.
+ Recommend improvements to existing processes.Participate in or drive kaizen events for continuous improvement of warehouse processes using Danaher set of operational excellence tools
Job Requirements:
+ Min 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics or distributin environment
+ Experience in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting, annual physical inventory
+ Quality Assurance / Supplier quality experience
+ Proficient with excel and other analytical tools
+ Undergraduate Degree/bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
It would be a plus if you have experience in:
+ Experience in CRM / ERP / QMS
+ Operations Excellence tools, Lean, Six Sigma
+ Dutch is a plus

At Cyclecure, we aim to become the preferred after-sales (repair/maintenance) service for B2C (device-owners) as well as B2B clients (brands, fleet-owners, retailers, .). We have already built over 10 solid partnerships in Belgium for a number of brands, retail chains, delivery services and bike-leasing firms, we would like to grow our business further beyond the borders (most likely NL and/or FR).
We are looking for a talented intern to join our small yet growing team and support our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about Supply Chain and ERP implementation: managing the inventory, and the repair flow in a digital way to ensure timely delivery for our clients. In short, you will get the opportunity to contribute to Cyclecure’s growth by being one of the first team members.
What You'll Do:
- Improve current processes on managing the inventory/stock (supply-chain/ERP)
- Contribute to the deployment of our new workflow software
- Work closely with the Customer-Service team to ensure timely execution of services
- Manage the maintenance and repair activities of our e-scooters/e-bikes (in-house and outsourcing)
- Find the optimal balance between cost-effectiveness and fast delivery
What You'll Need:
- To offer an internship legally - the candidates has to be enrolled still in her/his studies, so no graduates will be considered
- Proficient in English and French (must), Dutch is a plus
- A Masters degree in Supply-Chain or Engineering is preferred
- Valid driving EU license for more than 2 years
- Attention to detail and follow-through are required
- Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- You are a team player and a real problem solver (rather than a complainer) for whom no task is too big or too small

**Job Description**
**About the role:**
The Supply Chain Analyst coordinates the production and allocation of Finished Goods for a portfolio of products while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements. You will report to the Supply Chain Analyst Lead.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Oversee global supply plans through allocation overwrites, maintaining data accuracy by updated allocation sheets.
+ Manage ERP orders to align packaging schedules with supply plans.
+ Monitor and improve finished goods inventory based on S&OP strategies and forecasts.
+ Collaborate with key teams to resolve supply issues, address risks, and ensure minimal disruptions.
+ Report indicators, support product launches, and handle supply and regulatory requirements effectively.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent
+ 3 - 5+ years experience in various and growing supply chain roles
+ ERP experience such SAP,JDE /MRP systems and tools implementations
+ English Fluent
+ Lean or Six Sigma experience preferable
+ APICS certified - Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferable
+ Demonstrated experience in designing, maintaining and enhancing processes
+ Change Management and Continuous Improvement
