At Cyclecure, we aim to become the preferred after-sales (repair/maintenance) service for B2C (device-owners) as well as B2B clients (brands, fleet-owners, retailers, .). We have already built over 10 solid partnerships in Belgium for a number of brands, retail chains, delivery services and bike-leasing firms, we would like to grow our business further beyond the borders (most likely NL and/or FR).

We are looking for a talented intern to join our small yet growing team and support our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about Supply Chain and ERP implementation: managing the inventory, and the repair flow in a digital way to ensure timely delivery for our clients. In short, you will get the opportunity to contribute to Cyclecure’s growth by being one of the first team members.

What You'll Do:

• Improve current processes on managing the inventory/stock (supply-chain/ERP)
• Contribute to the deployment of our new workflow software
• Work closely with the Customer-Service team to ensure timely execution of services
• Manage the maintenance and repair activities of our e-scooters/e-bikes (in-house and outsourcing)
• Find the optimal balance between cost-effectiveness and fast delivery

What You'll Need:

• To offer an internship legally - the candidates has to be enrolled still in her/his studies, so no graduates will be considered
• Proficient in English and French (must), Dutch is a plus
• A Masters degree in Supply-Chain or Engineering is preferred
• Valid driving EU license for more than 2 years
• Attention to detail and follow-through are required
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• You are a team player and a real problem solver (rather than a complainer) for whom no task is too big or too small

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced AV warehouse and operations professional to take the lead in launching a brand-new branch for a growing UK-based AV rental and production company expanding into mainland Europe.

Based in Ghent, this role offers the chance to build and manage a new facility from the ground up — including warehouse operations, logistics, and team recruitment — while supporting dry-hire services, international projects, and event delivery across the continent.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a new warehouse operation in Ghent
• Handle AV hire enquiries from both local and international clients
• Collaborate closely with the UK head office on branch growth and operational standards
• Oversee recruitment across technical, logistics, and support functions
• Manage logistics and transport coordination across Europe

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual with:

• Proven experience in AV warehouse operations or event production logistics

Als Supply & Material Planner neem je een sleutelrol op in het stroomlijnen van de materiaalstromen en het ondersteunen van de operationele planningsactiviteiten binnen verschillende afdelingen.
