About The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key player in our sales process, acting as the primary technical resource for our sales team and a trusted advisor to our prospective clients. You will be responsible for understanding the complex data challenges of our prospects and demonstrating how InfobelPRO's solutions can solve them. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for data, and a consultative, business-oriented mindset.
What You'll Do:
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect requirements and articulate the technical and business value of our data solutions.
- Data Sample Preparation: Prepare and deliver custom data samples for prospects, which involves matching tens of thousands of records and requires proficiency in SQL (e.g., using DuckDB) and Python to leverage our internal matching APIs.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on InfobelPRO's data offerings. You will be expected to explain our data products and enrichment processes at a deep technical level to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solution Design: Work with clients to design and propose data solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with prospects by providing expert guidance, answering technical questions, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience.
What You Bring:
- A strong technical background, ideally from a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis, with experience handling large datasets. Experience with tools like DuckDB is a plus.
- Good command of Python for scripting, data processing, and interacting with APIs.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical features to business value. Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consulting, sales engineering) is highly desirable.

**A Day in the Life**
HealthCast remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights. As a Data Integration Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert in charge of leading the deployment and integration of HealthCast Solutions. In this role, you will manage the implementation of system integrations, working with customers and third-party resources to optimize clinical workflows.
You will report to the HealthCast Western Europe Leader and will be responsible for the project's success from the customer's perspective. This is a remote position, but travel may be required up to 50% per month to Belgium and the Netherlands.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Lead technical discussions with customers, managing integration requirements and overcoming technical challenges. Provide product demonstrations to clients to drive project progress
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to resolve complex issues. Manage multiple interface projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
+ Lead configuration efforts across our product portfolio, including third-party medical device connectivity and specialized application installations. Communicate technical requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders
+ Maintain installation documentation and develop test plans for client use
+ Support presales activities by educating hospital IT teams on our product suite and managing implementation expectations
+ Act as a backup for remote software deployments and upgrades when needed

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering

We are currently looking for a Data Management Analyst who will support HSS’s master data accuracy, set up, and maintenance. Ensure data integrity across the business applications including ERP system. In this role, the individual is required to have analytic skills to handle and execute the business data requirements. The Data Management Analyst must understand the value of data integrity to the whole organization including information lifecycle management, information modeling, master data management, and business requirements gathering. This role is based out of our Kontich & Antwerp office location and reports directly to the Global MDM Manager.
WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
Conducting Analysis
- Execute master data setup and configuration in the various ERP systems and any other applications.
- Coordinate own master data requests using workflow tools /central mailbox to ensure that data quality meets established standards and service level expectations.
- Partner with internal and external customers to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.
- Analyze business requests for compliance and accuracy prior to data entry and completion.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve Master data discrepancies.
- Review and improve Master Data request guidelines to aid current processes to become more effective.
- Provide master data support to all IKO business departments as needed.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Escalate to Global Master Data Manager when required.
Data continuity and process improvement
- Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.
- Identify data and process opportunities through audits, metrics, and trends to evaluate, re-design and implement continuous improvements.
- Work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to management.
- Understanding of the end-to-end business processes to provide data management and integrity expertise.
- Meet current service level agreements agreed upon with the business.

Collaboration and cross functional support
- Apply data audit and validation methods and procedures to ensure data quality.
- Participate and support internal projects requiring data analysis.

Budget: The manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction needed for defining the department's Data & AI investments based on stakeholders’ needs/strategy. She/he leads the team in identifying budget requirements and oversees the ongoing monitoring of the department's budget.
Profil Your profile as a Data & AI Transformation Manager :
You have a previous management experience : at least 5 years .
You have an important proven experience ideally of 10 years in one of these sectors: analytics, customer insights, strategy and management consultancy, digital transformation, technology .
You have good skills in providing guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members.
You have an ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, understand their needs, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
You are able to set a long-term vision and align team efforts with organizational goals.
You have experience in change management.
You have a strong work ethic and a skillset geared toward business management and a strong will to understand the inner workings of the business.
You have ideally an experience with defining data strategy but that's not a must.
You are fluent in French and English (verbal & written).
A full-time open-ended contract with flexible working hours and the possibility of remote working up to 3 days a week.
In-depth training in the mutual insurance sector on arrival and regular training throughout your career.
