Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role with extensive exposure to data; data architect, data engineer, data analyst, software engineer/testing, DevOps engineer, data scientist, or similar relevant experience.

Where You’ll Work

Our main offices are in Leuven and Ghent. These spaces are perfect for focusing, unwinding with colleagues, brainstorming sessions, and team events. While much of your work can be performed remotely, you will also work on-site with clients.

• Develop and implement Machine Learning models to enhance the ChatBot's conversational AI capabilities
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and optimize model performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and improve the AI's natural language understanding (NLU) and Machine Learning pipelines

We are currently looking for a Data Management Analyst who will support HSS’s master data accuracy, set up, and maintenance. Ensure data integrity across the business applications including ERP system. In this role, the individual is required to have analytic skills to handle and execute the business data requirements. The Data Management Analyst must understand the value of data integrity to the whole organization including information lifecycle management, information modeling, master data management, and business requirements gathering. This role is based out of our Kontich & Antwerp office location and reports directly to the Global MDM Manager.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

Conducting Analysis

• Execute master data setup and configuration in the various ERP systems and any other applications.
• Coordinate own master data requests using workflow tools /central mailbox to ensure that data quality meets established standards and service level expectations.
• Partner with internal and external customers to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.
• Analyze business requests for compliance and accuracy prior to data entry and completion.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve Master data discrepancies.
• Review and improve Master Data request guidelines to aid current processes to become more effective.
• Provide master data support to all IKO business departments as needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Escalate to Global Master Data Manager when required.

Data continuity and process improvement

• Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.
• Identify data and process opportunities through audits, metrics, and trends to evaluate, re-design and implement continuous improvements.
• Work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to management.
• Understanding of the end-to-end business processes to provide data management and integrity expertise.
• Meet current service level agreements agreed upon with the business.
• Complete daily/ weekly data integrity tasks.

Collaboration and cross functional support

• Apply data audit and validation methods and procedures to ensure data quality.
• Participate and support internal projects requiring data analysis.
• Apply Business analysis while gathering requirements to help with the various in-house projects related to workflow process improvements plus other projects that may impact the master data side.

• Bewaken van de algemene gezondheid van de gegevens en opschonen van alle masterdata.
• Identificeer mogelijkheden voor data en processen door middel van audits, statistieken en trends om deze te evalueren, opnieuw te ontwerpen en doorlopende verbeteringen door te voeren.
• Werken onder algemeen toezicht en zelfstandig matig complexe problemen oplossen met minimale supervisie, terwijl je complexere problemen escaleert naar het management.

• Toepassen van methoden en procedures voor gegevenscontrole en -validatie om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te waarborgen.
• Deelnemen aan en ondersteunen van interne projecten waarvoor gegevensanalyse nodig is.
• Bedrijfsanalyse toepassen tijdens het verzamelen van vereisten om te helpen bij de verschillende interne projecten met betrekking tot workflow procesverbeteringen plus andere projecten die van invloed kunnen zijn op de stamgegevens.

ONZE IDEALE KANDIDAAT

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in masterdatamanagement
• Gemiddelde vaardigheid in gegevensanalysetools zoals SQL.
• Computervaardigheid met Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Gebruik van geavanceerde Excel-functies, zoals draaitabellen, om bedrijfsgegevens te analyseren en interpreteren.
• Eerdere ervaring met JDE/ander ERP.

For the Digital & AI transformation department, Partenamut is looking for a Data & AI Transformation Manager to strengthen its teams. The manager is in close collaboration with the digital transformation manager, her / his technical counterpart and with our Agile PMO to ensure a common direction, coherence in functioning of all teams and provide common guidelines.
This involves defining common approaches and more effective communication strategy, facilitating knowledge sharing, and encouraging that data insights are integrated into decision-making across the organization. Additionally, support departments in the challenge to increase data literacy, extract maximum value out of data and appropriation of AI tools.
Team Development and Leadership: This includes coaching the 3 team leads in terms of people management, providing opportunities for professional growth, ensuring a productive/structured work environment, and addressing any team dynamics or performance issues. Profil Your profile as a Data & AI Transformation Manager :
You have a previous management experience : at least 5 years .
You have an important proven experience ideally of 10 years in one of these sectors: analytics, customer insights, strategy and management consultancy, digital transformation, technology .
You have good skills in providing guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members.
You have an ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, understand their needs, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
You are able to set a long-term vision and align team efforts with organizational goals.
You have experience in change management.
