We are looking for a skilled and proactive Freelance Senior Data Reporting Specialist to join one of our clients' teams in the banking sector.

Remote policy: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

You will play a key role in shaping reporting solutions that support strategic, regulatory, and operational decision-making — particularly in the KYC (Know Your Customer) context.

What are your Responsibilities?

• Translate stakeholder needs into dashboard prototypes and polished reporting solutions
• Design, build, update, and decommission dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to prepare data for industrialized use
• Ensure reporting standards are aligned with internal governance rules
• Promote data visualization best practices and the reuse of reporting components
• Act as a coach and mentor to junior Data Visualization Specialists
• Support traceability and ensure data consistency across reporting layers
• Document solutions and support end-user training and enablement

What profile are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting
• Strong command of Excel (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Tableau, SAS, or BusinessObjects is a plus
• Experience in KYC or Financial Security is an advantage
• Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid and multicultural setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Als Data & Reporting Specialist binnen het VAKcentrum Customer Marketing Promotion (CMP) ben jij dé spilfiguur in het operationaliseren van data en rapportering. Je vertaalt beleidskaders naar werkbare processen en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het realiseren van noodzakelijke veranderingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor business stakeholders en coördineert governance en rapportage binnen het domein.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Samenwerken met Performance Watch om beleidskaders te vertalen naar duidelijke werkkaders en processen voor ons domein.
• Operationaliseren van data- en rapporteringscapabilities binnen de organisatie.
• De toepassing van werkkaders beheren en opvolgen, zorgen voor consistente methoden en processen, en kwalitatieve documentatie.
• Identificeren en vertalen van noden van zowel de betrokken OU's als van het domein.
• Beheren van afhankelijkheden met andere domeinen en projecten, en advies bieden aan niet-CM projecten.
• Beschikbaar stellen van relevante tooling en rapportering in selfservice.
• Regelmatig rapporteren over domein KPI's, maturiteit in dataomgang, en budgetbeheer.
• Samenwerken met de opleidingsverantwoordelijk om vakmanschap in data en reporting te definiëren, kennisniveaus en trainingsbehoeften te bepalen, en trainingen te geven.

Profiel

• Kennis en ervaring – Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een relevante functie. Diepgaande expertise m.b.t. databeheer en rapportering is een must. Affiniteit met of interesse voor marketing is een must. Verder heb je een basiskennis van de technologie en IT-systemen. Zelf kunnen werken met Power BI is een troef.
• Analytisch : Je verwerft snel inzicht in complexe materies.
• Communicatief : Je werkt samen met verschillende partners, zoals de BOU's, het team van Data&Analytics alsook externe technologiepartners. Je slaagt erin om complexe zaken helder uit te leggen.
• Talenkennis - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue, nous recherchons un(e) Business Intelligence Analyst pour rejoindre nos équipes et intervenir sur des projets clients situés dans la région de Mons.

En tant que Business Intelligence Analyst, vos principales missions seront :

• Concevoir l’architecture des systèmes de bases de données et modéliser les solutions en fonction des besoins métier et décisionnels des utilisateurs.
• Développer et maintenir des bases de données relationnelles et multidimensionnelles, datawarehouses, datamarts, ETL/EDI, et outils de BI (reporting, data mining).
• Proposer des solutions techniques pour les systèmes d’aide à la décision, en garantissant performance, disponibilité et évolutivité.
• Définir et appliquer les normes, standards de développement, bonnes pratiques, ainsi que les stratégies de sécurité et de confidentialité des données.

Votre profil

• Diplôme requis : Informaticien avec spécialisation en Business Intelligence & DataWarehouse Architecture
• 3 à 5 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire
• Maîtrise des outils suivants : Microsoft SQL Server, SQL programming, T-SQL, ETL (SSIS), Reporting (SSRS), Datawarehousing (SSAS)
• Langue(s) : Français et Anglais

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for the strategy, governance, implementation, and evolution of Business Intelligence solutions.
