WHAT IS A DATA ANALYST AT CREAM?

As Benjamin, Data Analyst, you participate in the construction of the data strategy of our clients. You have a key role by helping them to deliver valuable insight based on their data. You are part of a challenging and multidisciplinary team.

Your challenge

Scania is undergoing a digital transformation where data is the driving force. As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, enabling data-driven real-time solutions in PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud. You are the link between business and data-driven solutions. Additionally, you play a key role in setting up data infrastructures to process and analyze large amounts of data, developing new algorithms and models, and reusing existing models in innovative ways.

Your responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing and cleaning data from diverse sources.

Your talents

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, etc.

• Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and reports
• Experience working with large datasets and applying analysis techniques

Data Engineer/Analyst

Pour le compte de l’un de nos clients principaux, acteur reconnu du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons activement un Data Analyst afin de renforcer ses équipes.

En tant que Data Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration, l’analyse et l’exploitation des données, avec pour objectif d’améliorer la qualité des processus, de soutenir les décisions stratégiques et de répondre aux exigences réglementaires et de conformité.

Vous serez impliqué(e) dans les tâches suivantes :

• Stabiliser et structurer les données afin de faciliter les études clients et projets.
• Participer au suivi stratégique des activités Cash Management en lien avec les attentes du top management et les obligations réglementaires.
• Soutenir le responsable Advisory dans l’amélioration du Corporate Customer Journey lié aux sujets de conformité.
• Contribuer à des initiatives visant à améliorer le filtrage des flux (processus, outils, robotisation, politiques).
• Faire le lien entre le Business et les équipes Compliance pour garantir la mise en œuvre des politiques en cours et futures.
• Préparer et diffuser des communications pertinentes auprès de la communauté Cash Management sur les thématiques Compliance & Regulatory.

Votre profil :

• Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master et au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en tant que Data Engineer ou Data Analyst.
• Accompagnement des clients dans leur transformation des données : architecture, stratégie et gouvernance, fondations de données.
• Collecte, analyse et mise en correspondance de la demande des clients avec des données pertinentes.
• Connaissances et expérience avec les bases de données, la modélisation des données et SQL.
• Expérience pratique avec le cloud Microsoft ou des alternatives comparables.
• Maîtrise d’un langage de programmation comme Python est un plus.
• Expérience dans l’utilisation et la mise en œuvre de l’IA dans les processus client.
• Esprit analytique, compétences en communication et approche pratique.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ; connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
• Familiarité avec les outils de data management et de reporting : Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Access, MS Excel.

The project:

Our client in the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Scientist to strengthen their team.

What you will be doing:

• Provide technical/data support to the business experts in charge of Forecasting process with the existing workflows. Specifically, understand the flows, the transformations and the data quality checks to resolve bugs or error messages that block the process.
• Develop / improve operational reports and KPIs in Dataiku (or eventually in PowerBI) to evaluate the performance of the output of the workflows: for example, evaluate a new forecast against a previous version, determine variances, etc.
• Contribute to the industrialization of data exchanges in the Energy Management chain (Forecasting but also Costing, etc.) analysing where technical improvements can be made using Dataiku functionalities (transition from XLS-based templates and email sending to more to a more industrialised way of working ensuring scalability and reliability, etc.)
