FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING

Je neemt een veelzijdige marketingrol op en werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Marketing & Communications Manager. Je hebt regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen zoals Sales, Operations en HR, en hebt een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij ruimte is voor creativiteit en initiatief.

Enkele van jouw taken zijn:

  • Events: Je speelt een actieve rol in de organisatie van evenementen: van voorbereiding (locaties scouten, offertes aanvragen en uitnodigingen versturen) tot communicatie en administratie. Op de dag zelf zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Design: Je creëert aantrekkelijke visuele content en communicatiematerialen, zoals brochures, social media posts en presentaties.
  • Digital: Je onderhoudt de Secutec website in vier talen, zet digitale campagnes op en beheert onze social media kanalen.
  • Interne en externe communicatie: Je helpt bij het beheren van de contentkalender en bedenkt initiatieven om het engagement met onze doelgroep te versterken. Je stelt mailings op, werkt klantentestimonials uit en ondersteunt de interne communicatie via diverse kanalen.
  • Beheer van gadgets en POS-materialen.

Bijkomend verdiep je je in het securitybeleid binnen Secutec, en ben je bereid dit nauwkeurig op te volgen en de nodige acties te ondernemen. Bij deze acties horen onder andere het opvolgen van trainingen, campagnes en andere security-gerelateerde opleidingen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een Bachelor in marketing, communicatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
  • Je hebt ervaring met Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
  • Ervaring met Mailchimp en video editing programma’s zijn een troef;

**KEY REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
+ 5+ years' experience with similar roles and responsibilities. Preferably in a large multinational company within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or similar at a communication agency, with good business acumen, and preferably in a managerial role.
