• Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et d’automatisation des processus afin de maximiser l'efficacité et d’éliminer les inefficacités.
• Déceler des cas d’usage de l’IA pour améliorer la prise de décision et les processus opérationnels.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir les besoins liés à l'amélioration ou au développement d’applications, en assurant leur alignement avec les objectifs business.
• Accélérer la transformation digitale en numérisant les processus manuels et en modernisant les solutions digitales existantes.
• Accompagner les banques dans l’adoption de nouvelles méthodes de travail, l’automatisation bout-en-bout (straight-through processing) et l’amélioration de la satisfaction client.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

• Vous disposez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le secteur bancaire, le conseil ou un domaine connexe.
• Vous avez des connaissances et de l’expérience dans les services bancaires tels que le crédit, la banque au quotidien ou les paiements.
• Une expérience en optimisation des processus, automatisation robotisée (RPA) ou mise en œuvre de l’IA constitue un atout.
• Des certifications en gestion de projet, en agilité ou en conduite du changement sont un plus.
• Vous avez de solides compétences en analyse de processus et en business analysis.
• Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
• Vous êtes doté(e) d’un esprit collaboratif et travaillez efficacement avec les clients comme avec les équipes internes.
• Vous êtes natif(ve) en néerlandais ou en français, avec une très bonne maîtrise de l’autre langue, et parlez couramment l’anglais.

CONTEXT

For several of our customers in the Flemish region of Belgium we are looking to strengthen our CRM team with an experienced CRM consultant. Your role will be to help challenge and define the implementation scope and approach, to bring best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences and to implement functional solution , in coordination with our other consultants and the development team. You should also be able to quickly assess the customer’s needs, propose a standard-first solution and advice the project manager, solution architect and functional team.

As an experienced consultant, you will coach one or more junior consultants and train them (either in classroom or on the job) in CRM and general consulting skills.

YOUR ROLE

Work with clients to translate complex business challenges into IT requirements

• Design sustainable solutions based on SAP's latest technologies
• Assist clients and implement, test, and deliver solutions together with your colleagues
• Coach, train & support junior consultants in the process

YOUR PROFILE

Experience

• Experience in customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes
• Knowledge of SAP CRM on premise
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Service
• Knowledge SAP CX suite is an asset
• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in ISU

• Experience and affinity with financial and controlling systems; Solid experience in a role as a discussion partner for controllers or financial director(s)

• Experience with multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile

• Consulting and functional experience gained through completing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles

• S/4HANA certification, or even hands-on experience on S/4HANA projects

• The necessary languages to communicate with your colleagues and customers in Dutch+English. French is an additional plus.
