Junior IT Engineer - ERP Systems
About you and J&J:
Join our team as a junior engineer and be at the forefront of technology to make a
difference in people's lives! The aim of this challenge is to develop you through a 2-
year rotation trajectory. This opportunity provides you with valuable exposure,
training and insight into J&J Technology.
While the program offers valuable exposure and training across various areas such
as Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, and ERP systems, the position you are
applying for will initially start in and ultimately land back in ERP Systems. This
rotation process is designed to broaden your skills and understanding of different
technological domains, but your primary focus during the program will be on ERP
systems, where you will contribute to strategic projects and build a strong foundation
for your career.
As part of J&J's digital transformation journey, we are committed to developing
essential skills to support the migration from SAP to S4Hana, benefiting both our
Pharma and Med Tech divisions. Our key operational processes-including order-tocash, manufacturing, quality, finance, and logistics-are vital to the Supply Chain
and are primarily powered by SAP/S4 platforms as the preferred technology. Initially,
you'll begin in an operations and maintenance role, with a structured development
and training plan aimed at progressing toward either functional engineering or
technical engineering expertise.

What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology sciences, engineering,
mathematics, or related field preferred. We look for graduates or fairly recent
graduates (max. 3 years).
- Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills

about working for a healthcare company

Vos responsabilités principales incluront la définition et la communication de la stratégie produit, de la roadmap et des priorités de développement pour nos solutions CRM. Vous mènerez des études de marché approfondies pour identifier les opportunités de croissance, comprendre les besoins des clients et analyser la concurrence. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de design UX/UI, de marketing et de vente pour livrer des produits exceptionnels qui répondent aux attentes du marché. Vous rédigerez les spécifications fonctionnelles et les user stories détaillées pour les équipes de développement. Vous serez responsable du lancement de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités, y compris la préparation des plans de go-to-market et le soutien aux équipes commerciales et marketing. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la priorisation du backlog produit et la gestion du cycle de vie des produits.
Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme universitaire (Business, Marketing, Informatique ou domaine connexe) et justifie d'au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produit, idéalement dans le secteur des logiciels B2B ou des solutions CRM. Une compréhension approfondie des concepts du CRM, des processus de vente et du marketing, ainsi que des stratégies d'acquisition et de rétention client est indispensable. Une expérience prouvée dans la définition de stratégies produit, la gestion de roadmap et le lancement de produits est requise. D'excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en négociation sont essentielles pour collaborer efficacement avec diverses parties prenantes. Une grande autonomie, une excellente organisation et une capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques sont primordiales pour réussir dans un rôle à distance. La maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban) est un atout. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour interagir avec une clientèle et des équipes internationales ; la connaissance du français est également importante pour le marché local.

**Job Summary**
Change management lead for enterprise-wide IT/ITSM transformation initiatives. Develop and execute tailored OCM strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive adoption and business alignment. Measure change effectiveness and refine interventions to ensure successful program outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead change management teams on digital transformation projects, majorly ERP implementations.
+ Envision, plan, and manage enterprise-wide transformation programs from a Change Management standpoint
+ Drive organizational alignment across various stakeholder's groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities
+ Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and plan the change management and communications interventions needed to drive business readiness and adoption
+ Create customized change management roadmaps based on program needs and deploy a structured Organization Change Management (OCM) framework for each phase of the project.
+ Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and develop tailored mitigation plans to address the stakeholder impacts
+ Develop change personas and their change journeies
+ Compile change readiness findings, identify key personas, user themes and develop a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives
+ Develop a Change Management Plan and engagement Strategy to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes
+ Determine the scale, magnitude and complexity of learning and development needed to achieve the future state model and formulate Training Strategy and Plan
+ Collaborate and coordinate with the other teams on the project to manage the project activities, risks and issues
+ Engage with Senior executives (C-suite / steerco.) and Stakeholders (across Geos, program teams and Corp functions) to delivery leader led change
+ Track and report project status, metrics, issues and risks on an ongoing basis to the PMO
+ Drive the key change and readiness activities to meet the program/project KPIs
+ Measure end user readiness and adoption at various levels and refresh the OCM plan as needed to address any identified risks
+ Measure program success post deployment and provide recommendations by assessing program adoption days'
**Essential Skills:**
+ Extensive change management experience in leading change for major ERP implementations such as SAP S/4 HANA or end-to-end IT / digital transformation implementations and experience
+ Extensive experience in change management discipline and methodology
+ Strong project management experience to manage complex global OCM programs
+ Good understanding of Technology (software dev, Infra, etc.) and overall IT transformation execution
+ Ability to take ownership and work independently in fast paced complex programs and deliver results
+ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with executive level stakeholders (internal/external)
+ Solid conflict management and prioritization skills, and ability to manage ambiguous and difficult client conversations
**Nice to Have Skills:**
+ Experience in managing business change for 2 end-to-end technology-based adoptions, mergers & acquisitions, digital transformations
+ Change Management Certifications
+ Fluency in English is must. French language proficiency will be a plus.
**Qualifications:**
+ Work experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm or in a corporate environment
+ MBA or advanced degree in related specialization area preferred
+ Bachelor's degree required with OCM certifications
