Kernverantwoordelijkheden



Procesanalyse en Digitalisering: Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen om kansen voor verdere digitalisering en integratie met het nieuwe bedrijfsbrede softwaresysteem (ERP) te identificeren, specifiek voor discrete productie.

Specificatie en Documentatie: Opstellen van functionele en technische specificaties en integratie-eisen in samenwerking met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.

Samenwerking: Nauwe samenwerking met (externe) softwareontwikkelaars en integratieteams om oplossingen te implementeren.

Kwaliteitsborging: Plannen, uitvoeren en valideren van testen om te garanderen dat de geïmplementeerde oplossingen voldoen aan de gestelde bedrijfsbehoeften.

Probleemoplossing en Verbetering: Identificeren, analyseren en oplossen van integratie- en optimalisatievraagstukken voor continue procesverbetering.



Huidige Projectfocus: Implementatie van een nieuw bedrijfsbreed softwaresysteem (ERP), integratie van productie-uitvoeringssystemen (MES), en koppeling van productlevenscyclusbeheersystemen (PLM) met ERP.





Profiel



Opleiding: Een relevante hogere opleiding (bijvoorbeeld IT of bedrijfskunde) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring met software-implementaties, beheer van applicaties (governance) en monitoring.

Aanpak: Proactieve houding met ervaring in de projectmatige implementatie van verbeteringen binnen een productieomgeving.

Technische Vaardigheden: Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics F&O

Soft Skills: Sterke teamspeler met vlotte communicatievaardigheden richting diverse (interne en externe) partijen.

What you'll do
Internship overview:
This internship provides a deep dive into the technical and architectural aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO). You will gain hands-on experience with automation, lifecycle management, and real-time data synchronization, while learning industry best practices and development standards used across Avanade projects.
Assignment Focus: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
* Automate One Version readiness using tools such as RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), Task Recorder, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps.
* Learn and apply X+, the programming language used in D365FO.
* Work with Data Entities to manage and manipulate business data.
* Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices for solution packaging and deployment.
* Explore and configure Dual Write architecture to enable real-time data synchronization between D365FO and Dataverse.
Skills and experiences
* Programming Proficiency: Fundamentals in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or X+; basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs.
* Tooling Familiarity: Interest or experience in Azure DevOps, Git, RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), Task Recorder, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Analytical Excellence: Curiosity, structured problem‑solving to tackle complex ERP challenges, ownership, and a learning mindset.
* Integration & ALM Awareness: Exposure to Dual Write, Dataverse, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices is a plus.
* Nice to have: Experience with extending data entities in X+, configuring Dual Write mappings, working with map versioning, or building CI/CD pipelines for ERP solutions.
* Language: Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

- Yu are currently enrolled in a computer science, software engineering, or related technical program at a college or university.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with technical and functional colleagues.
