YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS:
+ You will co-lead a new launch or evaluate the current strategies of a brand or product;
+ You will lead monthly market & brand analysis deep-dives, crunch data and gather input of multi-functional team to elevate key findings and recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiative;
+ You will work on the design & execution of brand campaigns, both instore and online (media, digital, CRM, displays, PR);
+ You will lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution;
+ You will co-develop deployment presentations of our upcoming initiatives;
+ You will organize internal events;
+ Your mission will be to grow the category value and within it the share of the brand you will be working on, by touching and convincing more consumers to opt for your brand, suggesting strategic choices in terms of overall brand strategy, trial, media & communication plans, and driving it perfectly.

Your profile

- Experience in product documentation writing and ability to translate technical solutions into value-adding features relatable four our clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep an overview of different product launch projects, releases and milestones running at the same time.

A challenging job content
- You develop at marketing level the new plant production products that come out of our R&D pipeline. This in close cooperation with the Product Development department, in order to bring them to market in the short or medium term.
- You are responsible for the strategic marketing planning and segmentation of these products, also in relation to the registration of the different products. You act as a link between the different departments for the products (Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Sales).

- You develop technical and commercial building blocks, including market positioning of your products. You have contact with Globachem’s distributors and influencers and support the internal sales team with product knowledge, benchmarking, USP’s, .

Key skills and qualifications
- You have a Master’s degree in Bioengineering or equivalent, with a strong interest in the agricultural sector. You preferably have a few years of experience in the agrochemical sector and more specifically in the world of crop protection. Experience in product management is a plus.

YOU
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management (ideally marketing-related)
- Proven leadership experience (formal team lead or cross-functional)
- A solid understanding of marketing and customer experience dynamics
- Comfortable in agile environments with fast-paced transformation
- Assertive, self-starting and solution-oriented
- Fluent in either Dutch or French (mother tongue) + strong command of English
