Nike Maasmechelen is looking for the next 8 hrs Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:
**What you bring:**
+ Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
+ Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees
+ Supporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
+ Using your knowledge for digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
+ Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services
+ Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek for more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

**Qualifications**
+ Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
+ Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
+ Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
+ Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
**Availability**
+ Part Time 24 HOURS PER WEEK

Notre client, une enseigne reconnue dans le secteur du retail spécialisé, recherche un Assistant Administratif Polyvalent pour renforcer son équipe basée à **Aalst**. Ce poste est crucial pour le bon fonctionnement quotidien des opérations administratives et logistiques. Vous serez le bras droit de l'équipe de gestion, assurant le traitement efficace des flux d'informations et le maintien de l'ordre dans les processus administratifs. Vos responsabilités couvriront un large éventail de tâches, allant de la gestion des appels téléphoniques et des correspondances, à la planification de rendez-vous, en passant par le classement des documents, la préparation de réunions et le suivi des dossiers clients. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination entre les différents départements (ventes, logistique, comptabilité) et participerez à l'amélioration des procédures internes. Une partie de votre rôle consistera à gérer les stocks de fournitures de bureau, à commander le matériel nécessaire et à assurer la mise à jour des bases de données internes. Une aisance avec les outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), est essentielle. Ce poste en mode hybride vous permettra d'alterner entre le travail au bureau à **Aalst** et le télétravail, offrant ainsi un bon équilibre vie professionnelle / vie privée. Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, proactive, dotée d'un excellent sens relationnel et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique. La maîtrise du néerlandais et du français est indispensable pour ce poste.

- Gestion du standard téléphonique et filtrage des appels.
- Organisation et planification des réunines et des déplacements.
- Traitement du courrier entrant et sortant.
- Classement et archivage des documents physiques et numériques.
- Saisie de données et mise à jour des bases de données clients/fournisseurs.
- Préparation des dossiers et des présentations pour la direction.
- Gestion des stocks de fournitures et passation des commandes.
- Support logistique et organisationnel pour les événements internes.
- Première interface pour certaines demandes externes.
- Expérience préalable réussie en tant qu'assistant administratif, secrétaire ou dans une fonction similaire.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Très bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et du néerlandais.
- Aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe.
- Une expérience dans le secteur du retail est un plus.
