Your role
For our Finance and Accounting team in La Hulpe, we are looking for an initiative-taking and adaptable Assistant Accountant. In this dynamic position you are responsible for providing support to the accounting department by completing routine clerical and day-to-day accounting operations. As an Assistant Accountant you report to the Finance Manager, based in La Hulpe.
Responsibilities
- Assist with booking invoices
- Prepare and process payments
- Assist with reconciling bank statements
- Handle communications with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries.
- Assist in tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Administrative support to the team: filing documents, handling mail and archiving documents.
**Qualifications:**
- You have a first experience in accounting/ finance or office administration.

**Position Summary:**
The Engineering Manager will lead the local engineering team and be responsible for all engineering activities related to the automation systems within the European Distribution Center (EDC) and the broader EMEA region. Working with the EMEA MedTech Engineering Senior Manager, this role will support the development and implementation of automation system plans for both brownfield and greenfield projects, as well as equipment upgrades.
The incumbent will lead projects deployment through operational stabilization, providing technical guidance to the local team. Strong communication, motivation, and team-building skills are essential for coordinating multi-functional efforts to achieve business goals. The manager will also ensure compliance with regulations and budget consistency, while also developing standard operating procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop business plans, project timelines, and resource requirements to align with MedTech goals for the distribution centers.
+ Direct engineering activities on-site and at the EMEA level to support strategic plans, manage equipment downtime, and enhance process flow.
+ Act as a change agent to drive innovative processes, recommend new equipment using industry 4.0 principles, implement cost and efficiency improvements through Lean and Six Sigma.
+ Partner with site teams for knowledge transfer for technical issues and developing maintenance procedures for self-sufficiency, engaging with J&J technology organizations to ensure IT requirements are met.
+ Develop and monitor automation systems metrics, implementing process surveillance programs for quality and reliability in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA is a valuable asset.
+ Over 10 years in engineering, supply chain, distribution, specializing in Industry 4.0 solutions in distribution environments.
+ Experience in setting up and running logistics automation systems (e.g., Autostore, Shuttle, etc)
+ Understanding of control systems and automation technologies (PLC, HMI, SCADA, OEE, WCS) and smart technologies (IoT, edge computing, AI/ML algorithms, digital twins).
+ Demonstrated digital and financial acumen with experience in complex budget management and business development.

Overview
Mastercard's global Regulatory organisation is looking for a Senior Counsel to join its Europe team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory for Europe. The role will have lead responsibility for managing Mastercard's oversight as a Systemically Important Payment System (SIPS) in Europe and a Recognised Payment System in the UK. It will be responsible for advising on the oversight requirements and related impacts across multiple areas of the business. The role is a legal, rather than a compliance role, but will work very closely with Mastercard's regulatory compliance team on all aspects of oversight. In addition, the role will be involved in a number of other important regulatory issues across in Europe, including critical infrastructure designation, treasury/settlement issues, tax and technology modernisation, .
Collectively, this will involve a high degree of collaborative working with many others across the Mastercard organisation including business counterparts outside the Europe region in roles potentially including Technology, Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Settlement and many more. The successful candidate will be part of a global group that manages Mastercard's regulatory footprint under the leadership of Mastercard's General Counsel, Regulatory.
Role
- Provides advice and guidance on the SIPS Regulation, the PISA oversight framework and various Bank of England Codes and supervisory statements to Regulatory colleagues and internal business teams most impacted by oversight, building close trusted relationships and establishing a reputation as the subject matter expert
- Providing legal/regulatory advice to business stakeholders on the impact of oversight requirements on product development and technology and contributing subject matter expertise with respect to operational requirements, policies and procedures
- In partnership with Compliance, engaging with the European Central Bank, National Bank of Belgium and Bank of England on oversight issues, as well as advocating and defending Mastercard's position or approach
- Assessing the impact of external regulatory initiatives on Mastercard, working across the business to develop positioning and drafting relevant consultation responses
- Acting as a liaison to business and/or functional departments in connection with regulatory engagements including regulatory examinations, meetings and other interactions.

Role
The Director, Regulatory Compliance will lead a team charged with executing the regulatory compliance strategy for our account-to-account cross-border activity to ensure compliance with money transmission and other payment services regulations.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing enhancements to the global regulatory compliance program, and will require strong leadership, collaboration and execution to ensure regulatory compliance across the business.
Key activities include:
- Lead the development and execution of global regulatory strategy for cross-border account-to-account business
- Lead regulatory engagement with European authorities, including the FCA and Belgian regulators
- Serve as a senior point of contact for European regulatory inquiries and supervisory interactions

The Enterprirse Resilience team (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Resilience Planning) is looking for a Senior Security Monitoring and Response Analyst to support across our disciplines and key initiatives. Enterprise Resilience reduces Mastercard's risk by creating a global culture of preparedness through education, awareness, planning, and practice while fostering partnerships to work together efficiently when adversity strikes.
Role
In this position, you will:
- Partner with global Enterprise Resilience staff and MC personnel to implement the program's strategy while ensuring standardization and compliance
- Provide focus for delivery of our Enterprise Resilience Steering Committee presentations
- Lead integration efforts for Enterprise Resilience for Merger & Acquisitions
- Manage Archer issue management efforts for our team
- Fulfill the primary relationship manager for our suppliers of Everbridge and FusionRM
- Assist in budget process, JIRA initiatives and resilience projects
- Train business partners on the program's roles and responsibilities, and ensure all staff within the entity are knowledgeable of our requirements
- Perform customer service for our worldwide partners by ensuring inquires are quickly and appropriately answered
- Build key business relationships and become a trusted partner to further embed an Enterprise Resilience culture
- Contribute to objectives of the Enterprise Resilience team during your shared day-to-day activities, and act as a subject matter contributor for our initiatives

The ideal candidate for this position:
- Background in resilience, finance and/or integration efforts desired
- Knowledgeable of technology configurations and/or fintech environments desired
- Motivated self-starter with ability to excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

+ Confirm operational traceability by detailing interventions in SAP.
+ Train maintenance team technicians through theoretical and practical sessions.

**Knowledge and education level**

About you and this role
As a Marketing Manager in our Mobility & Transportation Market you will be responsible for the Electrical and Industrial segment within our Silicone Elastomer portfolio in EMEA. You will design the regional segment strategy, aligned to the global direction and ensure its deployment, while driving with accountability execution and impact. A key part of the role will be to collaborate with other functions to manage cross-functional implementation of tactical and strategic growth initiatives within in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
+ Leads the regional Segment Management Team through cross-functional coordination and collaboration with all internal functions responsible to drive profitable, sustainable growth for the segment.
+ Aligns capabilities with operations through product managers, manages a balanced innovation pipeline with TS&D and R&D, whilst building the lead pipeline to generate Sales opportunities in support of current products and innovations with appropriate pricing strategies.
+ Provides guidance for the marketing communications plans to the Business Communications team, defines appropriate channel strategies & channel partner selection criteria, and effectively networks with critical value chain players.
+ Activates effectively relevant digital capabilities, generating market intelligence, works to understand market size as well as competitive insights, defines project opportunities essential to growth and develops 4P market plans from strategy to activation.
Qualifications
+ Minimum master's degree in marketing, business management, chemical engineering or related majors.
+ Fluency in verbal and written English (any additional language is an asset).
+ Established experience in B2B marketing or closely related marketing field (~5years)
+ Knowledge of elastomer technology and the automotive industry is desired, with experience in energy transmission & distribution, wire and cable and renewable energy applications being a plus.
