Vos compétences techniques :

If you are a Controls Engineering professional looking to drive new automation process development, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our **Lebanon, MO** location this **Senior Controls Advanced Manufacturing Engineer** will support automation and controls systems for new process, capacity expansion programs, process improvements, and plant operations. In addition, will also be required to design and program controls systems for new and existing equipment.
**AS A SENIOR CONTROLS ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER, YOU WILL:**
+ Interact closely with cross functional teams to develop, design, program, and debug new/existing equipment and automated/robotic solutions to optimize performance
+ Collaborate with Copeland engineers to ensure controls/automation/programming designs align with Copeland standards.
+ Work with outside integrators and machine builders to confirm new equipment meets design requirements and performs as expected.
+ Interface with Copeland manufacturing facilities to gain an understanding of their needs and how best to meet them.
+ Develop documentation for use by operators & maintenance technicians to perform their duties and assist them in troubleshooting.
+ Ensure all production related equipment meet all safety requirements in accordance with applicable industry standards.
+ Travel expectation - 10-25% North American travel that ebbs and flows depending on projects.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills:**
+ Bachelor of Science Degree in in Computer Science, Computer, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent. Associates degree with equivalent work experience would also be considered.
+ Minimum of (3-5) years of related experience.
+ Experience in PLC/HMI programming (Rockwell Preferred but not required).

Une connaissance approfondie des dispositifs d'aide sociale, des politiques publiques en matière de lutte contre l'exclusion et des enjeux liés à la précarité est indispensable. Le candidat idéal fera preuve d'une grande empathie, d'une écoute active, de compétences relationnelles exceptionnelles et d'une capacité à gérer des situations complexes avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. Vous participerez également à des projets de sensibilisation et de prévention. La rédaction de rapports d'activités et la participation à des réunions de coordination font partie intégrante de vos responsabilités. Ce poste nécessite une grande autonomie, une organisation rigoureuse et un engagement fort envers la mission sociale de l'organisation. Les responsabilités incluent :

• Évaluer la situation sociale et les besoins des personnes accompagnées.
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans d'insertion personnalisés.
• Orienter et orienter les bénéficiaires vers les ressources appropriées.
• Faciliter l'accès à l'emploi, au logement et à la formation.
• Assurer un suivi régulier des parcours d'insertion.
• Développer et animer le réseau de partenaires.
• Mener des actions de sensibilisation et de prévention.
• Rédiger des rapports d'activité et des bilans sociaux.
• Participer à des groupes de travail et des réunions de coordination.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques professionnelles.

Une expérience antérieure dans le secteur social ou médico-social est fortement appréciée.
