- 5+ years’ experience in Finance Systems , FinOps , or Q2C transformation within B2B SaaS or PE‑backed technology environments. 
- Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ , NetSuite , Maxio/Chargebee/Zuora , Workato , Avalara , and Adyen . 
- Deep understanding of SaaS billing , subscription management , and global tax compliance (VAT/Sales/withholding) . 
- Solid project management and testing discipline — end‑to‑end delivery ownership from design to go‑live. 
- Experience integrating systems post‑merger or acquisition is a strong plus. 
Soft skills:
- Strong stakeholder management — able to align Finance, RevOps, and technical teams around shared outcomes. 
- Confident yet collaborative communicator — able to challenge functional or technical assumptions with data and diplomacy.
