**The team you will be a part of**
The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
**This role in summary**
A key business development role - responsible for leveraging your understanding of the SDA market & existing relationships to develop and grow sales of KitchenAid SDA products at key accounts, ensuring that all individual KPI's are met.
As the Key Account Manager you are responsible for identifying, establishing, developing and managing business relationships with nominated E-Commerce accounts (predominantly Amazon) to grow sales and meet volume, value and profit targets whilst building a foundation for sustained success for KitchenAid.

**Minimum requirements**
+ 3-5 years experience in Amazon & other E-Commerce Accounts: You bring extensive knowledge of Amazon and E-Commerce Account Management, with established relationships and a track record of generating sustainable strong growth and profitability management.
+ Proven Multi-Country Account Management experience, with strong commercial acumen and numerical skills & very good understanding of the Amazon operating system (search criteria/optimization, rankings, content management and optimization, campaign management).
+ Demonstrated ability to negotiate and meet customer needs.
+ Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google equivalents as well as relevant tools to track, analyze and manage E-Commerce Accounts, especially Amazon.
+ Highly self-motivated, team player with a flexible attitude, and able to work quickly and under pressure in a competitive environment.
+ Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial.

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. **This role in summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Audit to join our team. This role is a key position, responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for multiple entities with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, and external audit coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate tax returns, financial statement preparation, and managing external audit processes.
**Your responsibilities will include**
_Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Returns:_
+ Manage and coordinate the preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns for 8 entities.
+ Ensure all tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to all local regulations.
+ Collaborate with external tax advisors to gather necessary information and resolve any tax-related issues.
+ Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
_Financial Statement (FS) Filing:_
+ Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements for 8 entities.
+ Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
+ Coordinate the statutory filing process, ensuring all required documents are submitted to the relevant authorities by the deadlines.
_External Audit Management:_
+ Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors for 4 entities.
+ Coordinate all phases of the external audit, including planning, fieldwork, and final review.
+ Prepare and provide all necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations to support audit requests.
+ Address audit queries and work collaboratively with the audit team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
+ Lead the preparation of audit work papers and PBC (Prepared by Client) lists.
_Financial Reporting & Analysis:_
+ Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
+ Perform financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
+ Provide insights and explanations for financial variances.
**Minimum requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA) is highly preferred.
+ Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably with experience in a multi-entity environment.
+ In-depth knowledge of financial statement preparation, corporate tax, and audit processes.
+ Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in accounting software (SAP is a plus) and MS Excel.

What will you do
You will act as the IREF Technical Instructor supporting for the delivery of the training on IREF systems and products supporting our Field Technicians & Commercial Teams, for the fast-paced Johnson Controls group. On this role you will build training materials, as well as present in-person and online training, supporting multiple audiences across Europe.
You will have the opportunity to partner with the business to support the recruitment & retention of technicians, with diverse backgrounds & experiences, with the goal of building a gold standard learning experience for our new recruits and delivering highly productive and engaged technical talent to the business.
How will you do it
Work with the business to understand the needs of new hires and in-role technicians & commercial teams
Develop key learning content & curricula, for multiple audiences
Build & deliver hands-on training based on factory support etc,
Serve as a GO TO & dedicated support for the IREF business
Travel to branches, customers sites as needed
Communicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders
Work closely with the L&D Leaders to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audience(s)

What we look for
Required
- Proven experience in delivering professional training within an industry setting, with a strong preference for expertise in IREF (Industrial Refrigeration and Energy Efficiency Framework) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) domains.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French or Dutch is required—ideally both.
- Experience collaborating with instructors, SMEs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.
- Strong writing and communication skills to clearly articulate processes and requirements
- Excellent influencing skills with all levels of the organisation, and practiced in change management across a complex, multicultural environment
- Detail oriented-approach: realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily across South-West Europ
Preferred
- Field experience, working with IREF & Heat Pumps, HVAC, business, products & systems, knowledge of ammonia, install & service in the field and with customers, in any relevant role, technician, engineer, sales engineer, product support or front-line manager with demonstrated interest in training & supporting colleagues to build knowledge & enhance performance.
- Familiarity with ammonia systems to effectively manage relevant technical aspects or familiarity with heat pumps
- Field Experience working as a technician, engineer, sales engineer, install, service (experience with Sabroe and/or York product)
- Knowledge of Hydro carbons & CO2 and Refrigerants
- Change management: experience supporting teams to embrace new products, ways of working, systems, in a changing environment
- Project Management experience to support program management, scheduling, communications, delivery
- Previous training experience supporting field teams
- Experience working in a multinational organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of our products or related industries
