**About the Role:**
Reporting to the EMEA Regional PreSales Manager, the PreSales Solution Consultant, will serve as a counsellor and trusted advisor to customers and a technical support partner to the regional Sales Account Managers, providing technical and solution expertise, knowhow, advice, and guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role is vital in enabling Esko's customers to realize the maximum value and benefit from our software solutions.

**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
The PreSales Solution Consultant will partner with the regional Sales Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives for the France and EMEA region to achieve sales and revenue targets.
+ **Commercial Support:** Provide overall technical sales & solution definition support to the regional Sales Account Managers and Inside Sales representatives with the goal of increasing Esko's Supplier Software solutions sales throughout the France and EMEA region.
+ **Technical Competence:** Develop a thorough understanding of Esko's Supplier software suite and technologies, including prepress, workflow automation, and quality assurance tools tailored for the packaging supply chain.
+ **Solution Expertise:** Provide subject and solution expertise with the Esko product suite (focusing on Printers, Convertors, Tradeshops, PreMedia agencies, Diemakers and POS/POP agencies).
+ **Customer Engagement** : Engage with existing and potential customers to showcase the value of Esko's software solutions to help customer unlock value and generate operational efficiencies.
+ **Solution Demonstration:** Create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations of Esko Supplier solutions which align to customer requirements and/or industry segment needs.

Join a team of Business Applications professionals focused on implementing and helping to operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for clients in various industries such as Retail & Consumer goods, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. We think global and act local, delivering managed services of quality to our clients in Belgium and across Europe.
What you'll do
As a Service Delivery Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform solutions, you will:
- Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible to manage the operational aspects of our relationship with them.
- Help with managing the operational service delivery (monitor and safeguard Service Level Agreements), solution roadmap, change requests, platform updates, continuous improvement tracks and new project scope.
- Manage Avanade team members and their staffing plan in function of client assignments (from onshore/local, nearshore and offshore Avanade communities), manage activities with third parties (such as Independent Software Vendors) and/or contractors, and manage the relationship with Microsoft.
- Be in charge of ensuring correct client billing and help with managing client budgets and investment plans.
- Participate in our local & global Avanade communities; be a coach and mentor to (more) junior colleagues in our Belgian Business Applications team.
Skills and experiences
We expect you to:
- Have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in Service Delivery Management.
- Have strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and service needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.
- Have the ability to manage (simple to complex) ERP enhancement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Bring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.
- Have experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, , including daily on-the-job coaching.
- Be fluent in English and Dutch.
It is preferred to:
- Have demonstrable experience in working with and/or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform solutions (such as Finance or Supply Chain Management) or equivalent with any previous version such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
It is a plus if you:
- Have demonstrable experience with and/or knowledge of ITIL service management concepts.
- Have demonstrable experience with and/or knowledge of project management method(s) & frameworks such as Agile, Scrum or Prince2.
- Are fluent in French.

As a team we are focused on solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Contact Center, Field Service, and Project Operations. We think global and act local, delivering solutions of quality to our clients in Belgium and across Europe.
You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.
What you'll do
As a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the Technical Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect and other stakeholders, consulting on providing technical guidance to clients and project teams in ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed.
- Ensuring that the solutions delivered can operate in a robust, scalable, and easy to maintain manner.
- Contributing to the Solution Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect in validating the solution design and implementation plans. Ensuring that the Technical Architecture is in line with the Solution Blueprint as agreed upon, with a focus on the right selection and combination of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform elements, (Azure) Cloud components, and systems integration.
- Contributing to requirements gathering; working closely with the Solution Architect, client stakeholders and the project team to define the project systems integration scope and gather technical (application) requirements. As early as the start of an opportunity, in a presales role capacity; engaging with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations.
- Participating in our local & global Avanade communities; be a coach and mentor to (more) junior colleagues in our Belgian Business Applications team.
Skills and experiences
We expect you to:
- Have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect (or equivalent).
- Have technology/technical expertise on the Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) platform regarding its configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Have related technology skills such as .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
- Have a strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.
- Have a strong understanding of systems integration, integration patterns and related best practices.
- Have strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.
- Bring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.
- Have experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You are not afraid to coach your colleagues on a daily basis.
- Be fluent in English and (Dutch or French).
