In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

In your likely first managerial role, you will ensure that Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are achieved for the lines for which you are responsible by breaking down section targets into line and unit targets and ensuring that employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets. Ben jij een technieker die houdt van uitdaging en variatie? Bij Otis krijg je de kans om herstellingen uit te voeren aan liften en roltrappen in jouw regio, met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Repair Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen** . Je werkt zelfstandig of in team en zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie opnieuw veilig en betrouwbaar functioneert.
**Jouw taken:**
+ Uitvoeren van geplande en dringende herstellingen aan liften en roltrappen
+ Diagnoses stellen en technische problemen oplossen (mechanisch, elektrisch, elektronisch)
+ Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken via digitale tools
+ Samenwerken met collega's van onderhoud en modernisering
+ Veiligheid garanderen op de werkplek
+ Klanten professioneel informeren over de uitgevoerde werken
**Wie ben jij?**
+ Je hebt een technisch diploma (elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
+ Ervaring in een technische buitendienstfunctie is een plus
+ Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
+ Je werkt zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht
+ Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst (volgens beurtrol)
+ Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
