Onze Vriendendienst beantwoordt allerhande HR vragen van Coolblue'ers en is verantwoordelijk voor HR administratie binnen Coolblue. Je vindt het waanzinnig om bezig te zijn met HR wet- en regelgeving, en kan die kennis goed toepassen in de praktijk als Vriendendienst medewerker (HR Officer).
Wat doe je als HR Officer bij Coolblue?

Als HR Officer stort je je op onze HR administratie en beantwoord je een hele boel HR gerelateerde vragen van Coolblue'ers. Ook ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de salarisverwerking. Vragen en taken kunnen gaan over vakantiedagen, contractverleningen, roosterwijzigingen, onboardings, controleartsen, noem maar op. Echt Vriendendienst werk dus. Je komt namelijk terecht in team Vriendendienst, waarbij je ook veel samenwerkt met andere domeinen zoals Klantenservice, Aan huis en Winkels.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen
  • Contracten aanmaken, contracten verlengen, leavers verwerken, verlofuren rechttrekken, en meer.
  • Personeelsmutaties verwerken. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met de teamleiders en managers uit al onze domeinen.
  • Beantwoorden van alle HR gerelateerde vragen die meer dan 750 Coolblue’ers aan je stellen, zodat iedereen kan blijven glimlachen.
  • Op termijn aan projecten werken samen met HR adviseurs en Projectmanagers, zoals het bedenken van een nieuw HR informatiesysteem met AI. 
  • Je zit samen met je vrienden van payroll recht tegenover het HR Advies team en het Recruitment team. Je krijgt het dan ook enorm warm van samenwerken met verschillende (HR-)afdelingen.

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. 
  • Ervaring met HR administratie en super gestructureerd werken. 
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands. Bonuspunten als je ook Frans spreekt. 
  • Je wilt fulltime werken.

**Key Responsibilities**
Sales Order Tools & Data Management
+ Act as the key project owner for the B2B eCommerce platform, driving its development and continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience, increase order autonomy, and elevate brand perception - ultimately contributing to increased turnover through more efficient and scalable order intake.
+ Coordinate seasonal system set-up and tool readiness across departments.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for agents, sales reps, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
+ Provide regular B2B customer performance analysis (e.g. prebook vs at-once, conversion, average basket size, SKU count).
Salesman Samples Management
+ Lead the end-to-end sample buy process: gather needs, define assortments, build buys, and prepare for financial sign-off.
+ Track sample deliveries and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Warehousing to ensure timely and effective execution.
+ Coordinate end-of-season sample sell-off.
Commercial & Operational Support
+ Partner with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely order delivery and resolve issues.
+ Prepare ad hoc product availability lists to support commercial opportunities.
+ Monitor and follow up on the weekly dispute report with Credit, Dispute, and Accounting teams.

**Skills for Success**

**Packs EMEA (Eastpak, Kipling & JanSport)** is looking for an exceptional **Demand & Inventory Planner** to join our **EMEA Planning team** based in Antwerp, Belgium.
**Let's talk about the role!**
As Demand & Inventory Planner you will join the Planning & Go To Market department. In this role you will take full responsibility of the demand and inventory management of JanSport product for EMEA keeping both the short- and long-term plan in mind. Balance supply and demand in such a way that maximizes product availability while keeping inventory levels under control.
Calculate, based on the seasonal demand plan and forecast, the inventory requirements to be shared with our sourcing teams in Asia. Avoid stock disruptions and overstock, monitor and report on supply and inventory performance. Maintain close contacts with sales, customer service, VF Asia Sourcing, logistics and distribution teams to ensure open communication and proper information flow. You will be reporting to the Demand & Inventory Manager.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
+ Creating a monthly demand plan based on inputs from sales, historical data and business planning to define a product level plan that closely reflects market conditions and actuals sales.
+ In the monthly Demand Review with sr. mgmt. you will highlight changes in our product forecast, the reasoning behind those changes. Together with your counterpart in business planning you will support the team in deciding on the forecast landing for that month.
+ Together with the Demand & Inventory manager you execute the inventory plan before the season starts considering market demand needs and inventory targets adapting each buy moment based on current market conditions.
+ Work closely with the global supply planning organization in Singapore and your counterparts for the JanSport brand in the other regions to define the monthly buy need and support to mitigate any supply issues
+ Participate in weekly/monthly calls with the sourcing organization in Asia on outstanding issues and process improvements opportunities
+ Manage monthly supply prioritization process to ensure inventory at DC is in line with inventory targets without disrupting order delivery to customer
+ Monitor stock coverage on our high runner products and adjust our inventory plan accordingly to ensure we are always in stock.
+ Build, automate and analyse reports on a daily, bi-weekly and seasonal basis for on-time order coverage, supply arrival at DC and detailed inventory levels of product categories. Take corrective actions where needed.
+ Act as point of contact for the PACKS planning org alongside your manager in global project implementations.
+ Support and act as back-up for other members of the planning team.
**Skills for Success**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Transport, Logistics or another relevant field linked to Planning or Supply Chain Management.
+ A few years working experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Planning
+ You like working with numbers and have an analytical mind
+ You are accurate and have a sharp eye for details
+ You enjoy working with others, listening to and understanding their point of view and identify solutions together.
+ You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
+ Knowledge of SAP, Power BI is an asset
+ Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.
