**JOB SUMMARY**
The **Product Management Analyst (Aftermarket)** will play a key supporting role in the execution of the Aftermarket parts portfolio strategy through strong **technical understanding and hands-on experience** with equipment and components. This position contributes to defining which parts are needed, how often, and on which products, helping the team make informed decisions about portfolio display, product coverage, and competitive pricing on OLE (Online Experience). Working closely with the Business Analyst Lead and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that technical knowledge is effectively applied to support the Aftermarket strategy, product lifecycle management, and new parts development.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ **Technical Portfolio Support:** Use hands-on product and equipment knowledge to help identify key service parts, understand their function and usage frequency, and provide input to ensure a technically sound parts portfolio.

Under the supervision of the Area Manager, you will manage and oversee the operational functioning of the store's corners in line with the sales strategy to achieve set goals. You will ensure customers are welcomed and their loyalty maintained, guide and motivate teams through appropriate training, and maintain a positive social climate. As a brand ambassador, you promote the image of the store brands.
**Commercial:**
+ Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
+ Apply sales techniques and train the team.
+ Manage merchandising and execute sales activities.
+ Implement visual merchandising (VM) rules and inventory management.
**Management:**
+ Manage and mobilize a team of 13 people.
+ Plan activities and direct staff.
+ Develop internal skills and communicate effectively with senior management.
**Management / Organization:**
+ Monitor administrative procedures.
+ Manage scheduling and monitor performance (P&L).
+ Use management tools (Fiori) and track performance indicators.
+ Comply with work rules and budgets.

Sluit je dan aan bij ons Calvin Klein Outlet-team in Maasmechelen als Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d).
Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bereiken van onze gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen:
**Verkoop** :
- Leiding geven aan het dagelijkse verkoopproces
- De verschillende fasen van het verkoopproces kennen en toepassen
- Trainen van het team in verkooptechnieken
- Het verkoopbeleid toepassen en handhaven
**Merchandising :**
- Mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor de netheid en opgeruimdheid van de winkel
- Elke lay-out voorbereiden met methodologie en organisatie
- Commerciële evenementen opzetten
**Management :**
- Mede leiden en mobiliseren van het team op de activiteit van de winkel
- Ervoor zorgen dat het team altijd compleet is
- Uw verkoopteams ontwikkelen en promoten
- Interne promotie maken voor het bedrijf
- Medeverantwoordelijk zijn voor de toepassing van de kassa- en afprijsprocedures
- Respecteer het arbeidsrecht en het huishoudelijk reglement
- Mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor de naleving van de budgetten
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het naleven van de regels inzake de veiligheid van goederen en personen
