Your responsibilities
- You act as the primary contact for infrastructure incidents and projects in Puurs, and when needed, other Belgian sites
- You install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, Storage, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, backups, and IT facility components (UPS, racks, cabling, cooling)
- You monitor infrastructure performance daily, conduct risk assessments, and define mitigation strategies to ensure stability
- You design infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards and liaise with Automation teams on OT-related infrastructure
- You work with the Hub-based Senior System Administrator to maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- You lead infrastructure projects (network upgrades, DataCenter modernization, hybrid cloud) and coordinate vendor activities with minimal downtime
- You maintain accurate technical documentation, disaster recovery plans, and support compliance efforts, including NIS2 requirements
- You contribute to long-term IT strategy, define multi-year roadmaps and budgets, and support DataCenter modernization and consolidation
- You collaborate with Cyber Security, SecOps, and business managers to align on security, compliance, and trusted IT support
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT Infrastructure, or equivalent by experience
- You have >10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management
- An experience in industrial/OT-heavy environments (chemicals, pharma, manufacturing) is a strong plus
- You have senior-level expertise in Cisco networking, VMware, enterprise Storage, backup, and Virtualization
- You manage disaster recovery, high availability, OT infrastructure, and IT facilities (UPS, racks, cabling, DataCenter operations)
- You are capable of leading and executing infra projects independently,
- You have a strong troubleshooting and preventive mindset
- You are skilled at working across technical, business, and vendor interfaces
- You are able to operate both as a hands-on engineer and trusted advisor for Belgian/European infra strategy
- Certifications such as Cisco, VMware, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent infrastructure certification are an asset
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a strong advantage

**Your responsibilities:**
+ You work with operations concerning loading activities, lead the occupation of docks (gates) and parking (yard), and ensure agreed number of stand trailers is available.
+ You allow access to the EDC site to identified drivers.
+ You interact closely with drivers, drivers for on-site trailer shunting, EDC Operations, Warehouse and Transport Planning, inbound planning, inbound administration, and colleagues in the Administrative logistics service center.
+ You develop loading lists in function of departure deadlines, loading unit availability, and ad hoc arrival of drivers.
+ You ensure compliant and complete departure by verifying loading controls are performed before the handover of documents and departure of shipments.
+ You contact carriers to find solutions in case a loading unit is not accepted.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure efficient and compliant administrative handling of outbound shipments in line with service level agreements.
+ Prepare accurate shipping documentation (e.g. CMR, delivery notes, invoices, customs documents, certificates, dangerous goods paperwork) prior to departure.
+ Communicate shipment details to carriers, customs authorities, and customers, including via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

**About the role**
As part of the end-to-end logistics process and organization, the Outbound Team Leader is responsible for the organization of the day-to-day operational workload for the Outbound team. This role focuses on building and maintaining a strong team, while fostering individual development and growth of all team members through training and coaching.
The Outbound Team Leader also ensures the follow-up and reporting on Outbound Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and efficient communication with stakeholders. The Outbound Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Attend regular meetings with the Warehouse planning team to determine the Outbound planning and follow-up on prioritization.
+ Supervise and maintain the balance between available resources and the planned/encouraged workload. Plan resourcing in close cooperation with the Resourcing & Training Specialist and the Operations Manager.
+ Conduct daily overall follow-up and alignment with the Outbound Senior Operators on the advancement of planned shipments and related processes.
+ Act as a back-up for the Outbound Senior Operator.
+ Connect with all team members on performance and development, ensuring a development plan for key operational talents and regular collaboration with the Resourcing & Training Specialist on the Skill Matrix.
+ Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding people management topics and escalate/collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders.
+ Perform the Performance Management Process (PMP): collecting feedback, writing PMP, and conducting evaluations.
+ Attend regular planning, operational, and coordination meetings.
+ Prepare and ensure a qualitative Shift Start Up, looping feedback/questions to the accurate stakeholders.
**About you**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ Proven insight/experience in logistics/warehouse planning.
+ Proficient in Dutch and English
+ Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Reach truck certificate is a plus.
+ System savviness & knowledge of WMS workings.
+ Knowledge of Operations procedures and working instructions.
+ Continuous improvement mindset.

- Verantwoordelijkheid over de verkoop van IVECO-bedrijfsvoertuigen - bestelwagens en vrachtwagens bij bestaande klanten en prospectie.
- Opvolging en uitbreiding van de bestaande klantenportefeuille.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledigheid en actualiteit van het CRM-systeem.
- Bij ons draait het niet enkel om verkoop. Tevreden klanten zijn minstens even belangrijk! Hiervoor hou je telefonisch contact om hun mening te kennen over het voertuig en de dienstverlening.
- Opmaak offertes en relatiebeheer met opbouwers en invoerder.
- Opzet van verkoopacties, publiciteitsacties en beurzen samen met de sales manager.
- Administratieve opvolging na realisatie verkoop samen met het backoffice team.
- Beheer van eventuele klachten of problemen samen met de werkplaats.
- Je kijkt terug op een eerste commerciële werkervaring .
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, ondernemend, en analyseert vlot de wensen van de klant.
- Je hebt geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands ( Frans en Engels is een pluspunt).
- Affiniteit met mobiliteit en/of logistiek is een pluspunt.

Takenpakket:
- Je behandelt de aanvragen voor onderhouds- en vernieuwingswerken. Hiervoor bekijk je de bestaande toestand in de fabriek, informeer je je over de specifieke vraag van de afdeling en werk je een voorstel technisch volledig uit
- Je voert de voorbereiding voor het project uit: opmaken van een technische schets, opstellen van stuklijsten, het selecteren van materialen / equipment / apparatuur op basis van beschikbare standaarden
- Je lanceert prijsvragen voor uit te voeren werken en evalueert de aanbiedingen van de leveranciers
- Je blijft tijdens de uitvoering betrokken bij het verloop van de werken
- Je past steeds de geldende procedures rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu toe
Profiel:
- Je hebt een Bachelor Elektromechanica of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt al een aantal jaren ervaring als Werkvoorbereider / Maintenance Planner in de procesindustrie
- Je het een doorgedreven praktische kennis van piping en mechanical equipment
- Je kan vlot overweg met Office PC toepassingen, en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar je bent tegelijkertijd ook een teamplayer
