We are looking for:
+ The Maintenance Services Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within the Kallo compoundingplant. This role involves managing a team of 4 maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, andimplementing preventive maintenance programs. Additionally, the supervisor advises on equipmentmodifications and new purchases, evaluates technical aspects for capital investments, and ensures alltechnical documentation is current and compliant with standards.

This work can be carried out either on-site at the customer's location or at one of our facilities.
As a **Field Service Technician,** you will go on-site to overhaul machines at the customer's location. If more extensive maintenance is required, you will be responsible for disassembling the machine so that the maintenance or repair can be carried out in the workshop. After the maintenance or repair, you will reassemble the machine at the customer's site.
**_What Will You Do?_**
- Make the necessary preparation based on the scope of work and collect the required materials and tools to be fully prepared to prevent delays according to the instructions of the Senior Technician.
- Perform all activities related to the service and repair or maintenance products taken on for service/repair under supervision of the Senior Technician.

- Relevant technical background (MBO) and knowledge of rotating equipment.
- Several years of experience as a Technician (Service Engineer).
- Customer focus, flexibility and a pro-active and constructive attitude.
- Problem solving skills.
- Experience in making reports.
- A good knowledge of maintenance concepts and process techniques.
- Strong safety and quality minded, enjoys working both independently as well as within a team.
- Willing to travel around 70% of the time and up to 9 weeks away from home and travel globally with sometimes a short notice period.

Vandaag zoeken wij een Kraanman die overweg kan met een overslagkraan voor onze site in Kallo. Je bestuurt een grijper op onze terminal.


Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Je zal met de verschillende kranen afval sorteren en laden op onze terminal. De kennis van ijzer en metalen zal je aangeleerd worden door onze kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

  • Mocht je ook overweg kunnen met een wiellader ? super ! Dit is geen must.

  • Wij begeleiden je graag verder in het besturen van al onze kranen. De nodige attesten kan je via een opleiding behalen. De havenarbeiders op onze site besturen de Goldwell kranen.

  • Je werkt buiten op onze site; je hebt een sterk oog voor veiligheid gezien onze activiteit.


Wat maakt dit bedrijf zo fijn?

  • Je krijgt bij ons meteen een vast contract. Het gaat over een voltijdse tewerkstelling.

  • Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging in Kallo.

  • Salaris gekoppeld aan je ervaring + hospi-verzekering + maaltijdcheques van 6€/dag

  • Je werkuren lopen tussen 6:30 uur en 14:30 uur OF van 7 uur tot 17 uur. Week om week wisselt je shift.

Vandaag zoeken wij een Elektromechanieker (Machines & Kranen)  die instaat voor het onderhoud en ook de herstellingen aan onze productie installaties.


Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Samen met je collega die als hoofdtechnieker werkt voor ons bedrijf ; en dus ons machinepark goed kent, sta jij in voor het onderhoud, herstellingen aan onze productiemachines en ook voor onze kranen. Hij leert je graag nog dingen bij als dat nodig is! Dit gaat vooral over het technisch onderhoud op onze site.

  • Kortom; mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch, elektrisch . je voelt je technisch als een vis in het water.

  • Je zal voornamelijk werken op onze site in Kallo; mocht het nodig zijn dan verplaats je jezelf naar onze andere sites.

Vandaag zoeken wij een Monteur Lasser die instaat voor het onderhoud en ook de laswerken aan ons rollend en vast materieel op onze site in Kallo . (kranen, wielladers,…)


Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • In onze overdekte werkplaats op de terminal zorg jij ervoor dat ons rollend materieel operationeel blijft! Denk dan aan grijpkranen, wielladers, overslagkranen…

  • Je staat voornamelijk in voor het mechanisch en hydraulisch onderhoud. Jij bent de persoon die de technische problemen kan oplossen als dat nodig is.

  • In deze industriële omgeving die veel buitenwerk inhoudt, kan jij orde en netheid bewaren.

  • Lassen en snijbranden uitvoeren bij herstellingen en aanpassingen van machines en constructies.

Vandaag zoeken wij een gedreven Asset Engineer die ons team komt versterken en verantwoordelijk wordt voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van technische installaties op onze diverse sites.

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • In samenwerking met de hoofdtechnieker, die de ins en outs van onze geautomatiseerde machineparken door en door kent, krijg je de kans om het onderhoudsbeheer te optimaliseren en de revisieplanningen efficiënt te organiseren.

  • Als maintenance engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren en beheren van onze onderhoudssystemen, inclusief het optimaliseren van ons magazijn voor reserveonderdelen, zodat alles altijd beschikbaar is wanneer het nodig is.

  • Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bewaken van de onderhouds- en investeringsbudgetten, en zorgt ervoor dat de kosten altijd binnen de gestelde grenzen blijven.

  • Met jouw onmisbare technische kennis, ondersteun je de techniekers door duidelijke richtlijnen en documentatie te leveren, zodat zij efficiënt en probleemloos kunnen werken.
