Daarbij ontwikkel en implementeer je het ICT-beleid, beheer je infrastructuur, processen en budgetten, en zorg je voor een nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe partners. - Er zijn 3 fases in de selectieprocedure:
- 1) Een eerste gesprek in aanwezigheid van de operationeel manager zorgondersteuning (Wim Blondeel) en HR Stafmedewerker & Organisatie (Sofie Stevens) en een externe expert: donderdag 27/11: 16u-19u vrijdag 28/11: 9u - 12u indien één van deze data jouw voorkeur geniet, geef dit aan in je sollicitatie aub
- 2) Een extern assessment (volledige dag - online of ter plaatse) bij het assessmentkantoor Hudson in Gent - datum in onderling overleg met het kantoor af te spreken.
- 3) Een tweede gesprek in aanwezigheid van de algemeen directeur - CEO (Rudy Maertens) en de operationeel directeur - COO (Fritz Defloor), en HR Stafmedewerker & Organisatie (Sofie Stevens): datum wordt vastgelegd na planning assessment en gaat door mits positief resultaat assessment.
