**About the role**
The Sales Manager actively shapes local business strategy in alignment with regional and international strategy and takes the lead to align and implement tactical execution of the sales, marketing and operational plans, as well as advising the development of adequate tools and processes to accelerate and drive sales and income growth.
As a member of the NW Europe Cluster DS management team, the Sales Manager is a key stakeholder in the local decision making process.
Together with the BNL Marketing Manager, the BNL Product Managers and the BNL Customers solutions & Workflow Manager, The sales manager will be responsible for the country specific approach to realize the Benelux Strategy (development of, execution and follow up).

Vos responsabilités :
- Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement pour des postes IT variés (développeurs, ingénieurs système, chefs de projet, experts en cybersécurité, etc.).
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec un portefeuille de clients issus du secteur technologique.
- Comprendre en profondeur les besoins techniques et culturels des entreprises clientes pour identifier les candidats idéaux.
- Mener des recherches de candidats efficaces via divers canaux (plateformes d'emploi, réseaux sociaux professionnels, bases de données internes).
- Mener des entretiens de qualification approfondis, évaluer les compétences techniques et comportementales des candidats.
- Présenter des candidats qualifiés aux clients et assurer un suivi rigoureux tout au long du processus.
- Négocier les conditions d'embauche et accompagner les candidats dans leur prise de poste.

Profil recherché :
- Diplôme supérieur en commerce, RH, ingénierie ou domaine pertinent.
- Expérience significative (au moins 4 ans) en recrutement, spécifiquement dans le domaine IT.
- Excellente connaissance des technologies, des métiers de l'IT et du marché du travail associé.
- Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing innovantes et de la chasse de têtes.
- Fortes compétences relationnelles, de négociation et de persuasion.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer plusieurs clients et missions en parallèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout majeur.
- Orienté résultats, proactif et doté d'un excellent sens du service client.
