Nonet est une entreprise familiale offrant un service complet pour tout travail de construction ou d'aménagement à l'extérieur des bâtiments sur des chantiers à travers toute la Wallonie : travaux de voirie, aménagements extérieurs, conduites et câbles enterrés, démolition de génie civil et immeubles, terrassement. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, l’entreprise est à la recherche d'un Deviseur expérimenté (h/f/x).
Tes mission variées :
Sous la supervision du responsable du bureau d'études, tu seras au cœur de projets techniques et stratégiques, avec les responsabilités suivantes :
- Mener une prospection commerciale active (B2B)
- Réaliser et coordonner les offres pour les appels d’offres publics et privés
- Collaborer avec les autres deviseurs pour relire et optimiser les dossiers
- Participer à la préparation des chantiers avec les conducteurs et le service achat
- Utiliser des logiciels ERP et outils graphiques pour monter des dossiers précis et efficaces
- Piloter des projets d’envergure (design & build, lotissements, industriels, etc.) en fédérant les parties prenantes et en respectant délais et contraintes
Ton profil :
- Diplôme de bachelier en construction (ou équivalent)
- Expérience confirmée (5 ans min.) dans un poste similaire dans le secteur
- Sens de l’observation, rigueur et curiosité
- Esprit d’équipe tout en étant autonome sur des projets complexes
- Goût pour le relationnel client en environnement B2B
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels ERP

Vous êtes doué pour la gestion de projets et vous vous intéressez aux études de sol, à l’assainissement des sols et/ou aux mouvements de terres ? Vous aimez la variété et le contact avec les clients ? Vous aimez gérer un projet de A à Z de manière autonome ? Vous souhaitez faire partie d’une équipe d’experts enthousiastes ?
Alors, le poste de Chef de Projet en Études de Sol chez Envirosoil est peut-être fait pour vous.
Description de la fonction
- Après une formation approfondie et personnalisée, vous serez responsable du bon déroulement de divers projets d’étude de sol (études d’orientation et descriptives, études de risques, projets d’assainissement et mouvements de terres).
- Vous êtes le point de contact principal pour le client et recherchez des solutions adaptées à ses besoins.
- Vous entretenez de bonnes relations avec les autorités de contrôle.
- Vous êtes responsable de la coordination et de l’exécution du travail de terrain. Vous donnez les instructions à l’équipe pour les prélèvements et suivez l’état d’avancement. Toutes les études sont réalisées conformément aux codes de bonnes pratiques imposés.
- Sur base des échantillons, vous demandez les analyses au laboratoire. Vous traitez les résultats dans un rapport dans lequel vous formulez les conclusions appropriées.
- Vous veillez à la qualité et assumez la responsabilité technique des projets sous la supervision du chef de département.
Profil
- Vous avez au minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur du sol, combinée à un diplôme de Bachelier dans une orientation technique ou scientifique (ex. ingénieur industriel en environnement, chimie ou biochimie, bio-ingénieur, master en sciences – physique, chimie, biologie –, bachelier en environnement, etc.).
- Le français est votre langue maternelle, mais vous vous exprimez également couramment dans le Néerlandais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Vous avez déjà une bonne connaissance de la législation sur les sols en vigueur à Bruxelles et en Wallonie. La connaissance du décret et de la législation flamande en matière d’assainissement des sols constitue un atout.
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et vous vous exprimez clairement à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Grâce à votre vision technique, analytique et commerciale, vous contribuez au développement de l’organisation.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et précise, vous avez de solides compétences administratives et vous résistez bien au stress.
- Vous êtes disposé à vous déplacer régulièrement dans la région de Bruxelles.

**Job Purpose and Impact**
We are seeking an inspired and dynamic Innovation Chef to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our application team and have access to your own state-of-the-art kitchen. You will be responsible for developing innovative culinary solutions that elevate the consumer experience and drive business growth.
**Key Accountabilities**
- In collaboration with the technical customer solution team, directly contributes to the innovation pipeline and portfolio with ideas for the conversion of customer insights to the growth of distinctive product offerings within multiple or targeted core technologies component areas.
- Independently conducts complex research and innovation initiatives to translate research discoveries into marketable products and further develop existing technology.
- Act as a culinary expert for retail and food service customers. Develop strong business and customer understanding to ultimately influence, drive and create business opportunities. Use culinary insights and trend data to inspire innovation projects and engage cross-functional teams.
- Identify emerging technology needs for business and proposes solutions within area of focus and expertise as well as assesses potential value creation and optimization generated from innovation discoveries.
- Plan and lead internal culinary events, including senior leadership visits. Support marketing campaigns by organizing chef selection menu events and creating culinary materials.
- Source new and creative products and ingredients to meet changing consumer needs. Design and implement strategies to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences. Anticipate business needs and strive to be first to market with innovative solutions.
- Routinely provide technical direction to team members. Build strong connections within the chef community, both internally and externally. Lead internal knowledge-building initiatives and enhance chef capabilities, including the use of digital tools.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Culinary school training
+ Ability to develop innovation from concept to commercialization
+ Understanding of food science and technical application
+ Fluent level of English
+ Availability to travel 10-20% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong problem-solving skills including root cause identification and resolution
+ Experience conducting work in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience in facilitation of Continuous Improvement events such as Kaizen, Six Sigma or Lean processes
