Het bedrijf

Paneltim is een West-Vlaams familiebedrijf dat wereldwijd expert is in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van lichte, stevige en hygiënische kunststofpanelen. Door middel van continue, vooruitstrevende product- en systeemoptimalisatie wil Paneltim innovatieve, kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame producten op de markt brengen. 90% van de omzet wordt momenteel gerealiseerd uit export. Bijgevolg werd, naast de productiesite en HQ in Lichtervelde, beslist om een tweede productiesite op te starten in Michigan, Verenigde Staten. Professionalisering staat centraal en er wordt steevast gebouwd aan een ambitieuze toekomst voor Paneltim. Recent werd een nieuw type paneel ontwikkeld dat een breed toepassingsgebied kan hebben in uiteenlopende industrieën. Om dit innovatief halffabricaat naar nieuwe markten te brengen en het marktpotentieel ten volle te benutten, gaan we op zoek naar een gedreven Market Research & Business Development Specialist.

Jouw functie

Als Market Research & Business Development Specialist maak je het verschil. Je brengt nieuwe marktkansen in kaart en vertaalt inzichten in gerichte commerciële acties. Jij slaat de brug tussen analyse en business, en speelt zo een sleutelrol in de verdere groei van Paneltim.

• Je voert diepgaand marktonderzoek uit om potentiële sectoren, toepassingen en klantsegmenten te identificeren, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
• Je detecteert trends, concurrenten en opportuniteiten via deskresearch, veldwerk en databronnen.
• Je bezoekt internationale beurzen en events om marktinzichten te verzamelen en een waardevol netwerk op te bouwen.
• Je legt en onderhoudt de eerste contacten met potentiële klanten, distributeurs en partners.
• Je overlegt nauw met het interne projectteam om het nieuwe paneel optimaal te positioneren in de markt.
• Je levert input voor marketingmateriaal, presentaties en strategische communicatie.
• Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director.

Jouw profiel

• Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in marketing, (bedrijfs)economie, handelswetenschappen of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in marktonderzoek, business development of commerciële support rollen.
• Ervaring met industriële producten, bouwmaterialen, halffabricaten of technische toepassingen is essentieel.
• Je denkt analytisch, werkt zelfstandig en combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, ook in een internationale context.
• Je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen binnen en buiten Europa.
• Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een troef.

Voor een stabiele KMO in Bornem zoeken we een Junior Business Analyst die processen als een geoliede machine laat draaien. In deze rol vertaal je inzichten naar concrete acties en draag je bij aan de groei van het bedrijf met een aangename werksfeer en echte impact.

Als Junior Business Analist bevind je je midden op het kruispunt van ons beslagmagazijn en de productie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de werkvloer en het management, vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt ervoor dat onze processen als een geoliede machine draaien. Je werkt projectmatig aan duurzame optimalisaties en doet dit in nauwe samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners. Je staat mee in voor de opvolging en optimalisatie van de operationele werking van het beslagmagazijn en productie. Je rapporteert aan de plant manager.

Voor een sterkgroeiende KMO regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven, analytisch, cijfermatig junior Data Analyst .

In deze functie neem je een centrale positie in binnen het team, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het verwerken en interpreteren van gegevens ter ondersteuning van tactische en beleidsmatige keuzes. Je werk heeft een directe impact op de ontwikkeling van de organisatie, en je expertise draagt actief bij aan het behalen van belangrijke doelstellingen.

Je werkt heel nauw samen met de zaakvoerder & CFO alsook met heel wat andere collega's om hen waardevolle data, cijfers en forecasts aan te leveren.

Je taken :

• analyse van bedrijfsprocessen binnen productie, administratie en logistiek

• actief onderzoeken om operationele/ administratieve klachten en fouten te verminderen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen

• opstellen van rapportages en KPI’s om prestaties en verbeterpunten te monitoren

• samenwerken met interne teams om processen efficiënter en foutvrij te maken

• zorgen voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming richting collega’s en klanten

• deelnemen aan en organiseren van projectvergaderingen

• structurele voorstellen doen om kosten te besparen en productiviteit te verhogen

• de operationele werking van magazijn dagelijks mee opvolgen

Profiel :

• je combineert zeer sterke analytische vaardigheden met conceptueel denkvermogen om vernieuwende oplossingen te formuleren

• zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband functioneer je prima

• dankzij je goede communicatievaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) kan je gemakkelijk omgaan met een context waarin onderhandeling een grote rol speelt en waarin je de standpunten van meerdere stakeholders op elkaar probeert te aligneren

• voor jou is flexibiliteit geen verplichting maar een troef – in je jobinhoud en in je agenda

• uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans

JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Manage financial and sales data to ensure accurate and timely reporting across relevant business areas.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders to support month-end closing activities and business performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, including system integration and automation efforts (BI / SAP).
• Track and report of revenue from sales of services and assist in the enhancement of this revenue stream.
• Maintain the database with all service contract details, ensuring data consistency and availability.
• Provide support to the teams that implement the sales projects by setting up project data and monitoring project status. Collaborate closely with cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure accuracy of project-related data.
• Manage the timely registration and reporting of time spent by engineers on sales projects and development projects, ensuring an accurate budget oversight.
